I am so excited.
I'm learning about neuroplasticity, mindfulness and all kinds of stuff relating to the brain and mental illness. Just studying on my own to aid in my recovery and add knowledge for my future as a psychiatric social worker. Also doing my hobbies, drawing, learning Italian, reading, writing, playing games, cooking. I love life, I feel fulfilled and complete. There's so much to study, and learn about. So many things and experiences to have. I feel very blessed.

I took 80mg again last night just to try. Also drank some wine and stuff. Then we went out shopping I was like a zombie omg that was terrible I went to sleep as soon as I got home and was out for close to 12 hours.
That was not fun. I don’t want to do 80mg again. I’ll go with the 40mg and see how that goes. |

Cleaned the kitchen, finally. It's been weeks since I've properly cleaned. Now onto the bathroom then my main room!

There wasn't much to do in those rooms so I'm finished. Took the trash out too.
Cleaned my framed glass autographed poster from Lindsey Stirling while listening to her music lol

All I did was relate to everything in the text books this was way before everything that had gone on. I loved sociology and ABA for Autism. But none the less I excelled in every course I took. because it came natural to me like it was meant to be! I graduated 1% shy of the honour roll boy was I choked. But anyway I am sure you will like it!!!

Hey guys. What’s everyone up to?
Nothing at all here. Played taxi cab and now I’m home alone. I have nothing to do and no one to do it with. My damn dog ate my loaf of banana bread yesterday so I’m pretty bummed out about that. It was really good. I’d make more but it’s too hot. I don’t know. I got nothing going on I’m bored and lonely.

I had an honest conversation yesterday about meds in my weird zombie state but I still can’t be honest about my psychotic symptoms. I should tell them. I feel terrible not telling them. It’s a hard conversation to have. I don’t want them to look at me differently.
