Sun is starting to rise. I stayed up all might again. I did pacing and meditation to calm my mind but they didn’t help. Now body is exhausted and brain still won’t shut off.

Its a good thing im taking my medication right now cuz i went from depressed to in a pissy mood REAL quick.
