Im ok. Just getting by as of right now.

I went somewhere new today! I have wanted to go to this store for awhile but put it off dozens of times cause of anticipatory anxiety about going somewhere new and not knowing what to expect. It's like a block from my apartment. I had a little trouble figuring out their card payment thing because it was different than what I am used to but it worked out and I didn't freak out. I feel amazingly proud of myself!

I just checked my grade for my third essay, I got 100%!!!!!!!!

My dog is so protective of my niece lol whenever she cries he comes running in and licks her. Also when my nephew is being loud and hyper my dog keeps blocking him from my getting near my niece.

Morning. I had a great time last night. Got nachos, salad, baked stuffed shrimp, and carrot cake. Along with a frozen strawberry margarita and a wild Irish coffee. Felt terrible afterwards but it was so good.
Slept okay. Woke up at 6 and hung out with my husband for 15 mins and went back to bed. Slept until 8.
It’s really hot in my office.
Working this morning. Don’t have much ambition but I’m getting it done.

Nice news, Blue_Bird and cog! I'm waiting for my friend to text, I said I'd go with him to my place to help today.

I feel terrible about yesterday. There was a rats nest under a big roll of foam. I should have been with him to absorb most of the shock.

I was going to go grocery shopping this morning but didn't go to sleep till 5 am and only slept 4 hours. By time I woke up it was really hot so I'm going to go tomorrow morning. I'll have to get up around 5 , go grocery shopping, go to school, then stop at the library on my way back in the evening and work on revising my 4th essay since they won't be open for the holiday Wednesday.

Sounds like fun!

I was sleeping...I originally woke up @ 2am then went back to sleep at 5am.

Hey Blue_Bird...my trauma counsellor got back to me last night after I had email her on Saturday night. And we are meeting today @ 11am.

Well we will see things apparently in her email aren’t going so well with her. So it made a lot of unanswered questions looming. But I am going with an open mind.

I left a message with my clinic on Thursday.... hopefully I hear something soon. I feel like I'm back on track the past few days but I still want to get established with whoever is going to be my new counselor

Found out that I have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type. Don't think I've ever been manic but ok o_o

I fell asleep

Almost noon and it's cold and raining 8 degrees C (46 degrees F).

I felt a lot of akathisia last night.

I think that's what my problem of being awake and wanting to sleep and being asleep and wanting to be awake is (AKATHISIA)..

Can akathisia come back with long term antipsychotic use

It says diphenhydramine (Benadryl) helps

That's terrible. I'd better keep my wooden poles to sleep on my back. I used them for 10 years and they might be why my back got so bad.

My cat scratched me

So, we're waiting for the gas to be turned off. I don't know if I'll get there today. I'm really depressed.

Oh! The roommate I hate is moving out! I just hope the new one won't be horrible. I've never behaved so badly to anyone as I did to her. I'm ashamed of myself. Every time I softened to her, something else she did would overwhelm me. I don't know if she's going home or to a different room.
