I woke up to late to exercise. Now its 96 or 97 out and all the flying bugs are out. Fck.

And the bf is thinking about signing up for a gym. I DONT want him to get fit before me.

Im not gonna tell him that tho.

I lost 3 pounds eating right and exercising but gained 2 pounds overnight from the pizza yesterday.

Idk what im gonna do. I either gotta get up and exercise before 7 or join a gym. Fck.

Maybe you two could go to the gym together.

It's very hot here too. There is a gym in my apartment complex, but they are renovating it. I don't know when it will be ready.

Weight fluctuates day to day, even at a lb or two. I wouldn't worry about it. If you're going to weigh yourself and track it do it once a week at most or every two weeks. It will give you a much more accurate idea of your actual weight and won't be so stressful

That was the initial plan but he said he found a gym right around the corner from his house.

Problem with us going to the gym together is right now we live 30 min away from each other. Wed have to find something in the middle of that. Which is not feasible for either of us. Finding something in the middle of the distance means wed still have to travel to another city to work out.

I want to go to church today but it's soooooooo hot. It's about 99 degrees with a heat index of 106! I don't think it's a good idea to go since all I have to wear is nice pants and shirts. It's just too hot to be wearing long black pants. there is a heat advisory in effect

Just back from my neice’s christening. Was a good day.

Then caught the drama of the Russia game.

It’s miserable here it’s raining and it’s Canada Day. I don’t feel sorry for all those went camping here on the weekend though because they didn’t take me. Lol.

I cleaned and went for a 5 min walk. 5 min cuz its 100 out (in the shade) and bumble bees and wasps are everywhere.

I have a strong fear of wasps...there's nowhere near as many up here. Bees are okay though.

So at the store I think I felt a spirit and then someone on the radio was talking directly to me....and earlier I heard several grunts in 3D space around me in the living room. Things are a little bit weird....

So had an awkward exchange that went better than expected...

omg it's raining so hard outside. I got drenched from running to my car to front door! It's been a long time since it rained this hard here!
