Almost done work for the day about an hour and a half left. Less than. Like maybe an hour when I get down to it because I gotta sort a bunch of stuff before I leave.

Have to go grocery shopping. Ugh. I’m buying all grill food. It’s not supposed to be out of the high 80s until Saturday.
I kind of feel out of sorts. It’s been a couple days. I don’t know...emotionally fragile maybe. I don’t really know how to explain it. Just off.

I think i just dont like sports in general. And the sports i KINDA like, like auto racing and skateboarding/bmx i never see it covered.

I got to work on my tan today, a little too much if you ask me. I was outside powerwashing in 90f weather. Man, I sweat so much. My face is for sure burnt. The Geodon dosage went up from 80mgs to 120mgs and I think it's really working again as an appetite supressent and ive been sleeping better. Its not taking me 5 hours to fall asleep anymore, more like 30 minutes, so im back to normal... except I have tremors now. I don't know if its due to the Benadryl, Geodon uppage or the Seroquel, but its not good at all. A painter needs to have a steady hand to put ceiling lines in perfect. :/ I'll just enjoy my sleep for now and worry about the tremors further down the road.

I'm getting tired of seeing all my friends and family torn due to politics. The world cup is a nice break for me. I played soccer since I was 5 years old. My soccer coach lived down the street from me and his son and me were best friends. They are Italian, and would go CRAZY during world cup.

They invited me to come to Italy with them when I was in 8th grade so I went to Italy and met up with them, went to soccer games, and his mother was an art major so she would tell me all about the art in Florence and Rome. It was the trip of a life time.

Only weird part was seeing Italian kids my age wearing speedo's on the soccer field while looking at a porn mag. lol perverts.
Also I had my first beer while i was there. My coach was super cool.

The only time I had ups and down was when I went on an SSRI and I was ****ED UP. SSSRI's can trigger bipolar symptoms, they make it so much worse. And I didn't get the good mania either, I had the rage mania.

I don't feel manic or depressed really ever, but since I can't feel the emotions they might be lurking in the background, causing things like sleep less nights. :/ how are you sleeping?

I had it while on Risperdone, then I was put on Geodon and I was like AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA free at last, free at LAST! No more akathasia. Then wellburtin ****ed everything up, and I have it regardless of meds now. But if I have a protein shake every evening it goes away. My doctor thinks the protein shake wouldn't help with it... but everytime I go 2 days without it, it comes full swing again. Christmas day in florida was hell because I didn't get protein mix for the first couple days, and I had to sit through an entire church service shaking my knees violently

Is Paxil an SSRI?

... I have to be honest. I haven’t taken my meds in a few days. I panicked and couldn’t take them.
