I just don’t feel good today I feel like a wreck. Like depressed but a desperate crying depressed not just hide out depressed I hate it. Let’s see how crazy I can get in a month no pressure.
I was going to tell my mother all the truth but stuff is going on with my sister right now and I just don’t want to add to it. I hate adding to problems. I don’t want to be a problem. I don’t want to be a burden. I just... I don’t know. I have to chill. Chill. |

Finished work. Really feeling the effects of little sleep.
Realized that I may be feeling down because it is the 5 year anniversary of my first hospitalization. This time 5 yrs ago I was locked up away from my family. Not sure what I was going to come home to. Then the fallout. Such a traumatic time for me and my family. The anniversary of when I destroyed my kids ideal childhood. Damn. Yeah that’s probably why.

I might be able to see my old counselor from the day treatment program, she is working on the clinic side now and they said since I had a good relationship with her they may be able to put me with her again instead of a new person
 and I already am seeing the same Doctor

I havent used my cbd in a long time except for the gummies a couple of nights ago. Which it helped my migraine.
I havent had any anxiety or much body pain. The cbd been helping!
