I had to cancel my meeting because my mum has gone numb down one side. She usually gets numb down one side when she has a migraine.

I went to sleep with the light on last night and woke up with it off. Either I turned it off while half asleep or someone else did it’s freaky.

Morning. Ended up going to bed at 9:30. Got up at 3 and went back to bed until 5:30. Already took a shower just have to decide what to wear.
Working 1/2 day today. Both of my kids are going out so I may have time for a nap if I can sleep. Seeing my pnp Monday. I don’t foresee any changes. Hopefully my prior auto will be in place. Weird that they don’t limit Ativan but they do ambien. Hope you all have a good day.
