I stopped smoking cigs for 4 years. Cant believe i started again.
I have to look back at what has started me drinking snd smoking again. Its just plain stress.

Tired... psychotic..
Need a vit b12 shot! Nah.. My injection is tomorrow 6 days late and I'm doing good. Just waiting for my heart to slow down.. didn't take a Vyvanse today and slept instead.. |

I am severely lacking in both b12 and vitamin d. I’m basically little more than a slug.
Almost time for bed. Can’t wait. It has been an extremely long day. Not bad just long. I’m going to be itching for 12 tomorrow so we can go. Watch me get up at freaking 4. I do have a couple errands to run before.

I mean you can't hold me accountable to remember to take my injection when they have the audacity to inject me with needles because I'm not responsible to take pills!

Good morning. I’m so excited guys! I’m also very nervous. It’s a lot of driving and I hate to drive. Especially through the city. Oh well. The fun will make up for it. Packed my Ativan.
Slept like ****. Not sure why it was nice and cool. Kept waking up.

The med increase makes such a difference. I can literally feel my mind slow down and I feel calm and quiet, peaceful. It's so nice compared to the frantic frenzy I was in on and off for awhile. I can sleep again too
