I'm going to a friends tomorrow to hang out for the day. I can't wait till Monday when I can buy school supplies. Nothing is more fun than that. Especially when one of my classes is a drawing class!

I’ve been okay lately. I haven’t done anything crazy lately except pull out some eyelashes the other day.

I don’t know about this morning hearing those announcements. It freaked me out. They could have been real I don’t know. I just don’t know.

I have the urge to go off my meds. It’s not smart I know that but it’s there.

I’m just having a day, it seems.

So I was reading on SDN which has psychiatrists, it’s the pc sister site. Apparently Abilify isn’t considered weight neutral anymore, at least in the long term......good to know. I mean I guess I already knew since I’m up 25 pounds from my baseline but still.

The more you worry the more likely you’ll get more symptoms....if something is just a voice it’s easier to learn to dismiss it as long as it’s not causing delusional symptoms.....even “normal” people hear the phone ring or their name called when it hasn’t happened.....plus the meds Are almost never 100% foolproof even under the best conditions. I know you don’t like therapy but it’s useful in dealing with breakthrough symptoms.....something to consider.....
