Same. I’m always the strong one and it’s hard for me to open up. I get along real well with my doctor so it’s a bit easier now but it wasn’t at first. It was the hardest damn thing to open up to him the first time. I’ve done some talk therapy before but never got anything from it because I just couldn’t open up.

My roommate isn't thinking clearly. Shes headed towards economic ruin over feelings.

I told my therapist that I get anxiety about people thinking that there's something wrong with me because I'm afraid of going to the psychiatric hospital when I'm panicking. I also don't like when people are concerned for me cuz I like to be ignored when there's something wrong with my mind so I can figure it out myself instead of interference because in the most part, I'm usually 99% alright on my own and don't need help..

I just trust myself and my own mind that much.. Haven't been through much psychosis compared to people that have been through it for 12 years or so as I've said..

Oh and I also told my therapist that I write on here anonymously and wouldn't tell her where it was on the internet.. then she asked me what type of stuff I write here and I said just.. things.. she said would she be concerned about the things I write on here and I said yes... but not recently...

Bingo!
I truly think it will only work if you are 100% committed to it. Or if you really believe in it.
I’m in the neither boat lol

Is the nausea from anxiety? Do you have prns or Newtus tried kava tea and found it calming this afternoon ? I can usually find something I can drink at least like a couple pops/sodas is probably all you need to get down.....ginger ale tends to help with nausea.

I'm getting the flu or cold, that's why I'm nauseous. Very good tips for anxiety, though. I'll try to get a soda.

I emailed my social work professor letting her know that I'll be back on Monday and was happing some medical issues (didn't want to explain feeling drunk from psych meds haha) and she said thanks for checking in and that she hopes I feel better.

I feel relieved about that

Yes
I have a fitbit I've been using it since lasst year
It's great but the problem with it is that it keeps coming apart

It was a "cheap" one and I've returned it three times and each tiem, it comes apart (it can be switched out for a different band, but the band doesn't stay connected to the fit bit itself...)

It's extremely annoying

My mom has a beter fitbit that is more like an apple watch, so it stays in -place and doesn't come apart
If I can save up the money, I would get her fitbit

I don't know what model my fitbit is but if you want . Igacan look it up

I currently have a fitbit zip, I like it, it just counts steps and calories burned but I would like to get something that can track sleep too, I think I may try the Fitbit versa smartwatch someday

This is the fitbit zip, it doesn't have a band, you just clip it on to your pants

Morning! Slept well but I didn’t want to get up. Nothing going on today. I may even shower and put jammies back on. I’m already feeling lazy. This doesn’t bode well. Started laundry already though.
