About to brush my teeth. I don't know what it is about that. I love the way they feel after brushing but I absolutely despise doing it. I'm not sure why. I have to fight with myself everyday to get it done

I’ve been like that a bit recently but just got back in the habit.

This is exactly how I feel as well...not just brushing teeth but showering as well. It's amazing after, but getting myself to do it not so much...

Hey! There was more work than I thought. 5 hrs worth. And it’s still early enough for a nap.
I kind of have a headache today. I’m laying down and my head feels like it is stuffed with cotton.

I see the doctor today. I'm going to ask him to put me on a nicotine patch and to prescribe something for anxiety that isn't a benzo or SSRI like gabapentin or pregabalin because CBD is too expensive..

I noticed that when I put on my watch in the morning and went back to bed, my heart rate was 43bpm.

"During sleep, a slow heartbeat with rates around 40–50 BPM is common, and is considered normal."

Does anyone know anything else that can be prescribed for anxiety other than a benzo or SSRI?

As far as I know Ssris are line 1 benzos are now hated by docs but work like amazing and then there are a few things that seem not to actually work well. Ask Newtus about kava tea she’s having good results with it, not prescription but works on GABA.

I'm prescribed clonidine for anxiety, among my other meds. It helps keep my heart rate from going crazy. Have only had a couple panic attacks since being on it

I’m supposed to have 250 mbps. That’s what I pay for anyway.
It’s actually slower than it was before I upgraded. I think I need a new modem.

I’ve been overturned by the boys in the house. They want a bear decor I found instead of moose. I was on the fence and was going to veto their votes BUT then I found this

The Kava Kava tea is quite relaxing. I measured 5 grams of root because that's what the woman at the health food store said.

"Kava or kava kava or Piper methysticum (Latin "pepper" and Latinized Greek "intoxicating") is a crop of the Pacific Islands. The root of the plant is used to produce an entheogenic drink with sedative, anesthetic, and euphoriant properties".

I put CBD under my tongue as well. I told my doctor about CBD and how expensive it is and he told me that I could get a prescription for CBD eventually from a dispensary.
Thanks for this!

Everybody's anxiety and panic attacks defer somewhat. But SP is right, if it's chronic then they want you to use an SSRI or SNRI. The new one's like Brintellix is apparently amazing and doesn't mess with your sex life. I hear it works on just one receptor.

Strangely, what worked for me is Lithium, but that was giving me tremors at 900mg and then I went on lamotrigine, and that also stopped my panic attacks too. I don't know why that is. My anxiety and panic attacks always starts with my stomach and discomfort, and then it grows and grows.
