I see my therapist next week, looking forward to it. It's been almost a month. I usually see her every two weeks but I had to reschedule because something came up. I feel like it's helpful because I don't really have many people I can talk to in person for support. I have my sister but she's very busy with her work. Talking about things out loud is good

Morning. Slept pretty good. Feeling okay today.
I have to work and go to the banks today. Other than that just preparing my Christmas shopping carts for ordering Friday. So excited  then Monday we’re ordering the iPhones for the kids. Pretty excited for me and the husband to get the kids old 6es. I hurt my back dry heaving yesterday. Guess that’s a sign of getting old lol. Bad back bad stomach...don’t age folks.

I just ordered new meds in... I will run out of both today so will have to skip meds for a day or two. It so silly, I knew I had to do it I just never got around to it.

Finnish government is getting pressured to change the transgender healthcare law again...hopefully it works by spring. Otherwise parliamentary elections are coming up and hopefully Finland votes in some good people for this.

Fell back to sleep for a couple hours, I feel like my anxiety over sleeping is starting to decrease. I think I realize now that I can't put it off forever and not or barely sleeping is unhealthy

I'm in the lobby waiting for them to finish making my bed. A big shipment of candy arrived and I'll have to lock up the milky ways as soon as I open the box lol. Someone stole almost all my milky ways over the summer and it was in my dresser drawers. I hope it won't get stolen again.

Because I don't want anyone to start craving candy. I'm already paying for it because I gained 15 or more pounds since I've been eating candy here.

I'm so aggravated with people. This damn bus driver didn't even pull over though he's supposed to at that stop and I was standing right there waiting and I have to run out to get it. There were people in there who needed to get off there as well. And he acted like it's my problem. Then I turned in paperwork to my school and they're like you have to fill these out completely over again. I don't normally get aggravated easily but some reason did today

Deleted Snapchat. It's a pain for me to use and navigate, tapatalk is much easier for me. There's no risk of accidentally video chat or calling people randomly, the screen on the chat is so small too. Plus I barely have any room on my phone.

I'm feeling very weak...may have missed my morning meds. Zero appetite. Stomach problems earlier. Not sure what to do. I had to lay down again cause I was too weak to get up...
