I am able to watch documentaries about killers and prison.
I did have to stop watching all the crime dramas. Specifically Law & Order SVU. Used to be my favorite show. And Criminal Minds.

Yeah, I don't have the stomach for it now that I know what suffering is like regarding when I was under psychosis. I stopped watching Game of Thrones when they created the character Reek. That was too much for me so I had to stop watching it entirely.

I enjoyed the series dubbed Dark on Netflix, that was pretty interesting. One thing I really didn't enjoy was Black Mirror's first episode. That episode was the worst way to start off a show ever--Ever!

I’m the same way! We had a 45 minute long bus ride yesterday and it was nice. 4+ hour bus rides across Finland for me is the norm. Every once in a while I will take a train with VR. As long as the seats are comfy that’s all I care about.

My thought is that the doctor is a moron. It should never be routine to take benzos daily. But, if you need them, Blue_Bird, take them (as sparingly as you can). It should be the law that benzos are prescribed for life when they're prescribed.

I can't sleep so I took half a tiz. I have a few things floating through my head. The face of an ant magnified. It was horrible. And the dream I had yesterday morning, which I can't remember now. The nursing home will not be giving me anything for the diarrhea. They prefer to let the patient suffer. This place is horrible.

I've been prescribed them for several years, I normally only take them a few times a year because my anxiety was better but she wants me to take them everyday just for short term until I'm stabilized so that way I can be straightened out before school begins on the 22nd.

Going to the doctor for my wrist cyst at 3. I know she’ll just look at it but maybe I can get an appt to have it aspirated next week. I hate to pay a copay for her to tell me “yup...that’s a cyst”. Oh well.
I have stuff to do today but it all depends on my check coming in. I don’t know if it will because of the holiday.
I still need to get in the shower but I’m going to try to sleep first. I’m tired

Picked up the seroquel from the pharmacy. I used to be on it several years ago. I don't remember much about it but I know I slept like 8 hours every single night when I was on it. I think I was in 300mg at the time.

I still am nervous though, I always get nervous about taking something "new-ish"

I’m back in my flat now. Had a good time over the holidays. My mum gave me a lift up and is staying overnight, so we’re going out for Italian soon.

Right now I’m just watching some of The West Wing. My sister lent me the box set.
