Finished work at 10. Just been lazing around eating and drinking coffee. Snuggled up on the couch with the pup now. I’m kinda sleepy. Couldn’t sleep last night. After 3 hrs of listening to my husband breathe I decided to move to the couch. Read a bit and finally fell asleep around 3. Up at 6. Roll Call 141!
Nothing going on the rest of the day. My son will probably go out riding so he’ll need a ride. Then I’ll get a cappuccino.

I love riding the bus, I wish I could just get on the bus and sleep for a couple hours. It's so relaxing to me being in a moving vehicle. I loved when I took a train from Chicago to here in New York, it was during the night and absolutely wonderful. I could just spend a whole day doing that reading a book and relaxing.

I feel sick to my stomach again. I haven't been this sick in forever. I just hope I won't vomit. I finally took some imodium and I hope it helps.

Hugs all around. Air hugs too.

Hi everybody. My eyes hurt today. IDK if they are dry or tired or what. I can't find my glasses. I almost never need to wear them. My vision is fine, its just I have an astigmatism so sometimes my eyes get tired and then they need help. I had a therapy appointment last night. It went alright. I think I'm starting to like her, dangit! I hope she can help me but I don't want to get attached. I'm not as tired today but I'm still depressed. Having some visual hallucinations, makes me feel kind of outside myself. Hope everybody is doing good today. HUGS if anyone wants one. Kit.

I take it your just using it for sleep purposes? It acts on two fronts. 1) its a central nervous system depressant. 2)It prevents mania by regulating dopamine. I'm taking it at 200mgs a night. I would take more but there is an interatction between Geodon and Seroquel that affects my heart. People can go up to 600 or 700mgs if I recall correctly.

If you start to feel as though your legs feel uncomfortable, and you can't stop moving them, then you might need a side effect pill just for that called Cogentin. I take it because I startd to need it when I was put on Seroquel, but you might not. This really might help you a lot. It has me.

She wants me to take 200mg the first night, then try 100mg each night and then check in with her Monday

Are you having panic attacks lately, is that why she wants you to take two a day?
I believe clonazapam has a half life of 36 hours, which is long asf, which is good if youre taking them for panic attacks if you have them regularly. There are other benzos if clonazapam is making it tough for you to wake up though.
Thanks for this!

Yes, I have been having severe panic attacks almost every day. I didn't want to take them because I know it's bad to take them all the time, I probably only took them a handful of times the past 6 months. But she said it's something that's really needed right now. They don't affect my sleep anyway. I took them a couple days ago and still slept 3 hours during the night.

I guess I'll take one tonight

Can't start the seroquel till tomorrow night because the pharmacy was closing when the prescription was sent in

I sat down in the living room and my roommate left the tv on. Criminal shows were on. They gave me terrible anxiety.

I hope you find the seroquel helpful.
It does sound like you need something to help regulate your sleep. Even if it’s just for a little while.

That stupid lump on my wrist is so big and ugly. I wrapped it because it’s hurting and my fingers are going numb. I’m going to have to go doc to see if they’ll aspirate it.

That's awesome. You beat me to it! lol Maybe I'm lazy because I never even tried to publish it myself. I'll be going through Amazon also with the help of my editor. The main reason I want an editor is because I want him to create an index and that looks very complicated at first blush for me.

Congrats!

I tried using the Kindle App but it's not working for my PC so I put it in my shopping cart.

(You already have 2 great reviews too!) Expect one from me too!
Thanks for this!
