I feel sick from not eating enough today. Was just caught up in other things. I don't want to eat though because my food will be here soon probably within the next 10 minutes

My food came, I ate some of it, put most of it away for tomorrow. I' very proud of myself. I don't seem to ever have the urge to binge anymore. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. It's a huge change, it's like someone turned off the switch that caused me to binge in the past
