My roommate wants me to try some supplements and also suggested Adderall or Concerta to the mix, but Adderall is close to meth, and quite frankly, I am very alert, to the point that I don't even get c onsciously sleepy until 4:15 am.

The only thing I'm going to change is my Seroquel, and also try Lunesta or something else for sleep. But this is 4 months from now until I see my pdoc.

It is true that Adderall is very much like Desoxyn.. will make you have anxiety and go psychotic.. and you'll be awake for days..

Restoril only lasts for 2 weeks until you can't sleep again so you need more.. if not than at most a year.. then withdrawal is bad.. anxiety.. psychosis.. wont sleep for days.. Lunesta might replace it but then you build tolerance to that too if you already don't have cross-tolerance from the Restoril..

I wonder what your psychiatrist can do about this other than zombifying you on more antipsychotics.. then you get movement disorders..

My sons girlfriend is coming over Christmas night . I don’t think she has a great home life. She’s here from the time school gets out until around 9. Unless she’s working. She’s such a nice girl. Polite, friendly, pretty, she adores my son, and she loves my dogs . My son really likes this one. He bought her jewelry! No worries, I bought him a double box of condoms from amazon for Christmas. I’m not ready for grand babies just yet.

I had a horrific panic attack yesterday and felt like reality was falling apart and I was dying. I ended up taking a klonopin and calling my sister to talk for awhile. Then I baked several dozens of cookies and watched a Christmas movie. I was able to get to sleep and feel okay today
