I had a post-exercise sleep.

Many many dreams because of the nicotine patch but they are too disturbing to describe!

I loosely cover bobys face with a towel so he can't see that I'm putting him in the carrier

Morning/Afternoon,

I’m just passing the time until I catch my train. All packed and ready to go.

How is everyone today?

Morning. 5 more sleeps until Santa!!!
Finished work at 9:30 but I started at 6. Now I’m just sucking down more coffee. I can’t go anywhere today because fedex called and said I had to be here to sign for something. No idea what it is. Maybe it’s that million dollar trust fund my grandmonster claims to have had for me Roll Call 141!Roll Call 141!Roll Call 141!Roll Call 141!Roll Call 141!. Anyway I don’t know what it is and I’m excited to see.

Good morning everyone. Doing okay today but can't believe it's already December 20th. Kitty is doing fine from her vaccine. She was running around like a silly kitty and let me pick her up and rub all over her so she doesn't have any sore spots or knots. A coworker gave me a Christmas present so I have ONE day to get her something in return. Yikes! Nice to get a present, but I wasn't prepared for that one. She's never gotten me anything before. I hope everyone is doing good. Hugs to those who want one! Kit

There are some people far more organized than me that always buy a couple of inexpensive gifts like chocolates etc and wrap and stash in a closet just in case someone gives you a gift unexpectedly....seems like a good idea to me.

I'm down at my parents house now. Train journey was uneventful. Cats greeted me when I came in.

I took my laptop down instead of my iPad now that I've fixed it. Nice having a big screen for watching shows etc.

Tomorrow I'm going to the cinema with my Dad, nephew and niece to see Mary Poppins Returns.

I take Excedrin Migraine if I run out of Imitrex but it doesn't work as well for me as the Imitrex. I have to keep taking it over and over and I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to do that. Hmm. Kit

Ugh. I’ve lost 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I’m having so much trouble eating. I’m starving and then I start to eat and feel full or nauseous. 2 weeks and I see the acupuncturist. I can’t wait. I’m not an overly godly person but every time I’m retching I pray for relief.

Went well with the doc. Told him I was feeling better with the upped seroquel and the SAD lamp. He told me to keep up what we’re doing. He said after the holidays might bring my seroquel back down again. He thinks I have the winter blues and maybe my sister’s mental health is affecting mine as well.

Told him I was a bit psychotic the other day and thought he was poisoning me. He joked that he was flattered to be part of my delusions hahaha. He wrote a note on my file and everything Roll Call 141!Roll Call 141!Roll Call 141!

I hope the acupuncture will help! Before I left Chicago I lived right across the street from a holistic healing center and seriously wanted to try acupuncture, but I never did. I hope it will work!!!

I know that feeling of only praying when it's serious so God will take you seriously. It's stoic of you.
