I feel like I'm going nuts

At lunch.. feeling better.. told my mom everything and she gave me chamomile tea..

I feel fantastic but I'm exhausted too. I look like a damn ghost and have dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep

Took my night meds. Guess I'll try to relax and get some sleep if possible

I took my meds too.

Sleepytown in an hour.

Also wrote in my blog today, earlier.

Tomorrow I will start a 20 day water fast to burn excess fat, improve memory and mood and clear toxins from the body also to restart the immune system.

I will fail maybe on day 1

Dinner was good. General Tso’s chicken and pork fried rice. Couldn’t eat much but it was tasty.
Watching the second scary movie of the night. I’m never going to be able to be in the dark again.

My spiritual enlightenment is becoming very unstable

Still up..... I don't know why my sleep is like this now

Morning! Slept until 7:15. Latest I’ve slept in months. Would have made it longer but I was cold.
Nothing going on today. My husband has to go help my fil shower and get ready for the day. I had planned on getting everyone up and going for breakfast and a trip to a couple stores but I guess that’ll have to wait.
I think we may have reached the point where my husband has to semi move back in with my fil. He’s very sickly. Spent a yr in the hospital and then rehab. 3 months of that time was spent in a coma and intubation.
He has very little use of his legs. Nerve damage and something to do with the brain waves to his legs. He’s currently undergoing electric shock therapy to his legs to see if it will help. No luck so far. Unfortunately he’s also a drinker which makes him even more unsteady. He’s fallen 4 times since Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day my husband caught him by his jacket before he fell down the cement stairs getting into his house.
Tough to raise parents.

lame. is she good with other dogs? chihuahua's at an older age can get cranky on ya. our chihuahua is getting meaner and meaner to other people and dogs and cats.

I don’t know. It’s unlikely roko would tolerate another dog. Especially a snuggly dog because he wants all the attention to himself.
My chihuahua was mean too lol. Always said if he was 20 lbs heavier I’d have had to put him down.

My cat turned 13 in june and in the past 2 years she bites now. Shes old and cranky now.

Talking with my old friend . Haven’t heard from him in almost 3 years. He’s on my fb so I’ve followed along with his life in the meantime. But this morning he messaged me!
Our last meeting turned awkward so I figured he didn’t want to see me so I didn’t reach out. I’m so glad he did. I’ve known him since I was 13 lol.
He rescued me and my kids and beagle when we were accosted by 2 men who were up to no good at the lake.
Extended an open door invitation. Hope he takes me up on it. My family misses him...even my husband.
