I am the queen of losing contact. I totally suck at keeping in touch.
Then again sometimes you reconnect with someone and wonder WTF happened to them.
My ex’s sister was my best friend for like 5 yrs. we wrote to each other every week and talked on the phone every couple days even after I moved back home. We happened to bump paths on fb and I had my profile picture set to the newspaper article about me protesting the local Catholic Church and she spewed hate in my inbox for days! Somewhere along the line she converted to some crazy sect of the church and became a hate filled bigot. So I sent her the pics of my 5 yr old holding gay pride flags in the center of town. Haven’t heard from her since...Roll Call 141!*Roll Call 141!

I wish I had something to say, but I don't. I had a soup and a salad at Panera bread... soooooo question: If I order a medium drink from Panera Bread, I know that includes tea and pp, but can I make myself an ice coffee? I'm going for it!

I think it's a mid western thing. We use pop like we use the word mom, instead of pronouncing it like mum.

I wanted to bring them out to lunch but I just can’t do it. Maybe Monday will be better.
I seriously haven’t felt this bad about myself in over 5 years. I felt better when I was psychotic. At least then the demons weren’t real. I even caught myself thinking that my family would be better off without me. That’s about as close to sui ideation as I get.
But despite all this I am still thinking clearly and having no symptoms of psychosis. It’s just the anxiety and seething anger.
Roll Call 141!

I feel like I’m losing my mind. Roll Call 141!
I am so ITCHY! Every Dundee inch of my body. It doesn’t feel like dry skin itch...it’s weird. I popped some Benadryl to see if that would help.
