Morning/Afternoon,

My day has been good so far. Didn’t get up until midday but that’s ok. I’ll aim to get up earlier tomorrow.

I started a new exercise regime today. It’s high intensity interval training - so like doing an exercise as hard as you can then taking a break and repeating it a few times. My initial plan sort of failed because I put in exercises that were too hard but I substituted them for easier ones and got it done. Pretty intense but feels good.

Ummm...holy crap!
I just looked up math tutors for my daughter and it averages $50/hour!
If anyone is smart and looking for a side gig maybe tutoring is where it’s at.

You don’t make that much as a tutor more like $30 because the tutoring co takes part and a lot is online so you go through their portal.....plus people don’t use them enough to get hours, my friend in med school did it over the summer. I was looking into teaching English as a second language virtually though, that pays pretty well and you only need a bachelors.

Well that was interesting.
Basically she told me I had to give up coffee, soda, dairy, artificial creamer, most veggies and pretty much everything else that sustains me. She said my diet is almost fully acidic and I have no gut balance.
Then I had my treatment. It was weird. It didn’t hurt but a couple of the needles were right where the nerves are. Then she put one in my stomach that mimicked the pain I get...it lasted like 15 minutes and she pulled it out and it went away. I fell asleep when she did the ones in my back. Overall it was very relaxing.
I go back next week.

Put a really nice candy bar in my self care box. It's dark chocolate with bits of toffee and almond.

Oh and she also told me I needed to delve more into the events that ruined my life years ago. She seems to think that the causes for my mental health breaks are also the causes for my physical symptoms. She said whatever it was threw my entire system off track.

What helped me with math was YouTube. I have to visually watch people do it. Books are like the worst way to learn math for me.

Yeah.
The old hippy in me believes in the mind/body connection.
And if I think back the vomiting and the breaks started around the same time. It’s fuzzy exactly when it started but it was right around those events.
But the skeptic in me says I’m dying regardless of what all these tests say. Lol.
