I feel awful today...ate my weight in cream cheese frosting last night. I’m a glutton. Of course I also stopped my reflux meds.
Was busy at work today. I’ve closed 5 buys this week. Very busy.

Hey everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay. Sleepy. Even with coffee earlier today. Talked with one of my partners on Skype tonight. Was nice. Not ready for band tomorrow...I hope to goodness we actually practice. Gonna have my wife drive me there cause my knees aren't in good shape. One of them very loudly popped earlier. No major pain but nonetheless concerning. Will be going to the health centre to have it looked into in the later afternoon.

What's everyone up to?

Picked up my precious Seroquel from the pharmacy.. 3 grams.

This class was really interesting. We took notes on videos and then the teacher would add more information about the videos.

I have to catch up on an assignment that is due tomorrow.

In the afternoon I'm going to the community outreach to drink coffee and talk with people. I kind of know them now and more comfortable chatting with them

It's so awesome to wake up early! I feel so much better than when I sleep in...

I feel good today!
Thanks for this!

Had a vocational rehab appointment yesterday. It went well, just asked me a lot of questions. Hoping to discharge from partial hospital this week.

Not doing much today. Just working. Have a class tonight that I'm teaching, a religious class. I'm about as prepared for it as I can be.

I'm just scared that I'll never get fully better.

I'm doing better now than when I entered the program but I still have days like this where I just want to curl up and die. And idk how I can function in the real world having days like this.

Idk, sorry for the mini rant, just needed to get it out.

I can relate to what you're saying. It's tough, and hard to see the light. Just a few years ago I was in PHP as well and did not see things ever getting better. Up to and including last year. Then things began to change after getting the right meds, therapist, everything. This can get better Falcon. If you need to chat at any point feel free to message me.

No problem. We’re here to listen.

I think we can all relate regardless of what stage of recovery we are at. I certainly wonder if I’ll ever fully be back to “normal”. My CPN once said I might have to accept I might not.

Yeah I've talked with my therapist before about how I'll never be "normal" and I have to accept that. It's just so hard to

Just got home. Practically ice skated my way here. It's snowing heavily and it already covered all the ice so it's hard to tell where there's ice on the sidewalk. It seems like most of it is. I slipped several times but managed to not fall somehow lol

I’m not very coordinated on ice. When I was little I fell on my face and broke my nose. When I was a teenager I slipped and got a hairline fracture on my elbow. Thankfully it doesn’t get icy here too often... my street has a gentle slope and was deadly one winter! Was safer walking on the road than the pavement.

I fell down half a flight of concrete stairs a few weeks back. Maybe that's where a lot of the pain I'm having is...

He told me all that. I was very surprised he called his mom, because he doesnt a lot because hes busy and such.

So maybe this is going somewhere Roll Call 142! im so excited to go looking at rings.
She refused to give grandmother's ring?
That would have dumbfounded me if I was him. That's shocking. I don't think I'd ever buy a diamond ring for anyone. I would just save the money for a better honey moon and give her a gold band. I think too much expectations for men to cash over bigly (as our president says lol) for a rock in a cave.

I bought a $400 ring for my ex girlfriend just as a gift. It was really nice, It had a ruby in the the shape of a heart on it, with diamonds on each sides. After we broke up, I didn't say anything, i just let it go like I did everything else, so that we didn't bicker, so that we'd part and still remain "friends". I always said that I'd pay our bills so that, if the time ever comes, she would help me out a little while I go to the university. turns out, that ex went complete mod-mentality on me while I went to the university. I Never asked her for anything except once where I showed weakness due to my illness, and she revealed her true colors of what kind of person she really is. She was focusing too much time to her physical self, and not enough time for her chaos within. Turns out, a bachelors in education, her degree, didn't really teach her anything at all when it comes to understanding people on a deeper level. She has smallness of soul.

Well idk about the grandmothers ring. She said she wasnt ready to part with her moms ring.

But i dont expect something expensive. Just something nice and simple.

It might get -60f in the next couple of days and my boss just doesn't know better, to just let us have the day off. He defies logic all the time. He's a great guy though, but a little to gun-ho when it comes to weather. After an 8.5 hour day, he literally made us start another job site outside--and it was raining! lol I'll never forget that craziness. It's got to be tough have all these deadlines though. I don't think I could handle all the stress with dead lines and clients pushing him in all directions.

Still, -60f next couple of days and I'm suppose to work. 0.o
