Woooh! Just finished an assignment that I've been putting off for way too long. What a relief.

Yes, that's what I should do too. I did get a regular Coke though today. But I need to cut way down.

I think I’m going to go out and buy some junk food. I’m so hungry but nothing is appetizing. Except these delicious cinnamon twists my local store sells. I could get that and something for dinner I guess.

Met with my job counselor. He is setting me up with a psychologist in my area. He told me to look for a new psychdoc in my area too.

I've pulled a muscle in my upper spine. It hurts like complete hell. I couldn't wake up to go to class also because it was -36 degrees outside.

Hey everyone, how are things going today?

I'm mostly good. Slept 14 hours after being awake for effectively 30 hours yesterday. Now feeling like staying up the whole night again cause I am very hyper and energetic. Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen rage style and now they look great. Feeling good about that. This may all be bad...ugh.

What's everyone up to?

I work with an attractive female at work who is married. I just told her from the outset that she reminds me off my sister a lot, which is a big complement, and it clears the air of how we are to relate. Anyway, she's like 30.

We were working at these beautiful condos down town and they have a maintenance man who is probably close to 60. He asked my coworker for her phone number, and she thought it was for business, because we have to communicate where we can park, and get the key faub etc. etc. Then he asks her if he can buy her a drink after work. Not professional at all of him. :-/

Now, if you start to fall asleep, then try to take it at lunch with 500 calories, that might be better, everyone fights to wake up in the morning, so I know how tough that can be.

That's how I feel when I don't take the Seroquel. Weird and uncomfortable. I have no idea what it means.. I can't stop the Seroquel. My panic attacks went away around the time I started Seroquel..

Had a Concerta nap..

Stimulant naps are the best because they are so refreshing.. Very few people can sleep on them tho.. It requires meditation..
