So I am going to start a gradual shift to regain my physical health. Including the following:

1. Get off Olanzapine

2. Lose a fair amount of weight

3. Get proper treatment for suspected activity induced asthma

4. After olanzapine wears off, get hand tremors treated either by propranolol, Cogentin, or Deep Brain Stimulation if both fail

5. Knee exam, figuring out why those are not working well and treat it

6. Start exercising in ways that are low impact to build up my strength back up to hopefully previous levels 10 years ago.

I want to be able to do fun things in life. Physical and such. Swimming, laser tag, running, jogging, etc. I need to be fit. I gotta take control of not only my mental health, but physical as well.

I remember when i had a really big panic attack living with my dad less than a year ago. I told him i was dying. I really thought i was. I really did.

He kindve just accepted it like he was helpless. I could tell he thought i thought i was dying too. I dont know if ill ever know if he thought i was too. But i was immobile from anxiety and my heart was going crazy. I was crying and in pain.

I found out i was having a panic attack from being in pain from slumping on my phone all day. The pain was very very bad.

My sleep used to be chaotic also, because of the voice torturing me every time I wanted to sleep or nap. But it's a lot more regular now. At home I did fall out of my sleep schedule after I lost the voice, I'd sleep later, etc. But I did get it more controlled. Here at the rehab it's more controlled because breakfast is around the same time everyday.

I hope your sleeping will "normalize" soon.
Thanks for this!

Large doses of vitamin e helped me greatly when I was worried about hand and face movements in 2006-2007. I don't know if I'd recommend as much as I took, but a moderately large daily dose may help. Ymmv.

My niece in college asked if I could help her with a project in her philosophy course. I just asked her to email me with details. This should be fun It's a critical reasoning course, if I recall correctly.

Morning,

I’m just back from seeing my GP. They’ve given me a referral and also the details of a local charity that deals with alcohol and drugs problems. I’ll look into that soon.

My mum is up here today. We’re going to be having lunch together.

I don’t have much else planned for today. Drinking on doctors orders lol. Not supposed to stop suddenly. Will probably just watch some TV. Exciting times.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning! Finally got the calls...early dismissals for both schools. I’m seriously freaking out because I have to drive at like the height of the storm. I’m physically sick over it. But he’s on his last pair of trial lenses. I hope the ice part of the storm holds off until me and hubster are home for the night.
Had 1 hour of work Roll Call 143.
I’m feeling better today. Puked this morning...not sure why. I didn’t eat anything bad. Still feel a little queasy but at least that feeling that something is off is gone. I’m going to try to eat and pop a zofran.

So I had a random encounter. I was walking back from the shops looking at my phone because I was playing Pokemon Go and this random guy walking towards me says: “Hey man, the truth isn’t there... it’s up there” and he pointed to the sky. I just laughed.

Good morning everybody! How's everyone? I'm okay. Had to go to the ER on Sunday for SH. Had to get some stitches and a tetanus shot. Sheesh. Kind of a pain. But necessary. Been seeing bugs lately. See my PDOC next week. GP the week after that. Boss is having surgery today. I'm tasked with her job and mine. I hope I don't screw it up! Kit
