My Voopoo is beautiful. It's made for bigger hands though. I'm still waiting for the coil to be primed. Got 2 big dry hits last night, and a bunch of smaller dry hits this morning. So I took the tank off and put the Nautilus on and I'm getting it to work ok with that, at 9 watts lol. I have no idea when the charger will come.

The psychiatric nurse was here yesterday to catch up with how I'm doing. I was in a terrible mood and I wasn't friendly at all. She said, oh you smoke, don't you? Because I was outside with the smokers when she had first come in. And I said I'm a vaper actually. And her face got serious and she said (paraphrasing) of course you know that's not very good. Right, lady! I'd be much healthier with a.pack of cigarettes and an oxygen tank!

Where do they find these people?

I can't wait until the damned coil is primed already. I want clouds! Vaping is an excellent remedy for anger because you can "blow them away" lol. Immediately give yourself some distance from their idiocy.

Hi everybody! What's everyone doing? I'm depressed like usual. It's been tougher this week. I met with a friend last night at Starbucks and she said that she thinks the depression has been worse for a while now. I see my PDOC next week but I know because I'm functioning, he probably won't do much. This sucks! Hugs if anyone wants one. Kit

I hope you're pdoc is able to help you Kit, if you feel you need something changed to help definitely voice your concerns to him about it, you've been struggling a lot and even though you're technically functioning I think it should still be taken seriously I've learned along the years that sometimes you have to tell your doctor your not doing well and something needs to change and ask if there's anything they can do. they have so many patients sometimes they just rush through check ins and don't listen well if you don't push the issue. I'm thankful that my psych NP is so wonderful and listens to my concerns

I just got home. It's been a long but good day. I was able to go to the college's food pantry after my last class too so I have some stuff to help get me through

I found my makeup earlier today, while looking for my purse. This is great. I will be putting on makeup for my pdoc appointment cause I want to show I care about how I look. The fact I have the motivation to do so says a lot.

I'm having paranoid thoughts, I'm starting to knit together a delusion pretty quickly. It might not be a delusion. See the trouble? I have insight into whatever is happening... For now.

Crap. I'm hyper again. Idk why. I feel like I am gonna stay up the whole night. I have to be up at 730am.

Hey everyone! how are things today?

I'm good. Just got back from the pdoc. Things went very well. She's increasing my Latuda from 74 mg to 111 mg. Then dropping Olanzapine from 10mg to 5mg. If I remain stable for the next 6 weeks, then I can stop Olanzapine entirely.

Good morning, slept well. A full 8 hours.

Going to the gym later then I have an appointment with my therapist in the afternoon

Morning! It’s finally Friday!!! I thought it’d never come. This has been the longest week. Ugh February.
Finished work. Just drinking coffee and eating animal crackers. I have nothing to do until my son gets home. I’m going to lay down in a bit I guess.

Hey everybody. I'm just at work like usual. I am doing my bosses job and my job since my boss is in the hospital. She's supposed to get transferred today to some sort of post-operative-rehab. I'm tired from work, and then going to the hospital to see my boss, and then taking care of my bosses dog before and after work. I'm emotionally drained too from the recent SH. Luckily the hallucinations haven't been too bad the past couple of days. Just my mood is depressed like always. Hope everyone is doing good. HUGS Kit

My appointment went really well. We talked about a lot Discussed my mood, sui thoughts, lack of motivation, voices etc.

I told her my concerns about how I've had these problems since 12, so half my life, and wondered if it would ever completely stop or at least get more manageable and stay that way, because it seems like no matter how many good periods I have, it always comes back. One thing though is I had a year where things were perfect, basically no symptoms, which is a good sign she said. And the fact that things were like 10 times worse when I was in the 18-20 years old range. Even though things can get extremely difficult and hard to cope with now, I haven't gone back to how out of touch with reality as I was back then. She said she has read some stuff about sz/sza symptoms improving or calming down as a person ages.

I'm going to do my best to cope and stay positive
