Sneezing, coughing, and blowing my nose for about 30 minutes. What a pita. I'm itching a lot too, since last night. Didn't take Benadryl though yet.

OMG Star Trek Voyager is on and I want to wrap it around me and take a nap or something.

I hope everyone is ok.

Was it wisdom teeth surgery Valley? I got all mine cut out at 16 or 17 I think, they weren't in yet but I had had braces previously and the way they were on the xray showed they would have grown in and pushed all my teeth together since I have a really small jaw. I was also prescribed percocet, it was helpful but I slept like almost non stop for a week. Didn't have a problem getting off them though, I think if you're monitoring what he takes he'll be alright

It’s amazing. When I went *cough* 28 *cough* years ago. They gave me Novocain and went to town. Surprise...Novocain doesn’t work on me. I felt the whole thing. It was awful.
For my son he got a bit of nitrous oxide, and then sedation along with Zofran run in through an iv. Once he was out they gave him Novocain and some sort of pain block. For scripts he got percs, methylprednisoline, zofran, amoxicillin, and Motrin.
They have really come a long way.
Mouth pain is vicious and it’s abt time they admit that.

Wow, I got mine out they did IV anesthesia, everything went black then I woke up in the recovery room. Apparently I kept trying to sit down in a chair instead of laying down and I guess they were telling me I couldn't do that because I'd fall on my face lol I have no memory of it though

I'm lucky. I don't have wisdom teeth. I didn't have them pulled either. I just don't have them. Actually I'm missing some of my adult teeth, yup, still have some baby teeth in my mouth. The dentist said they will last forever if I take care of them. It's genetic. My aunt has the same thing. HUGS Kit

I'm feeling a little better today. I'm still having some SUI thoughts, but not as many. My emotions aren't all over the place like they were yesterday and I haven't felt (much) like crying, just a little bit. HUGS Kit

Hey Kit I've had it for quite awhile now, some days are better than others, it's probably a combo of getting sick like a week ago and also from the Silent GERD I have, I need to get more of my zantac/ranitidine, I ran out

My daughter was bummed. He was pretty stoned but he was mostly quiet and in his head. He had some interesting stories of what was going on in his head this morning lol.
My mil doesn’t have wisdom teeth either.
You guys are lucky.

Damn...I just dropped freaking $300 on dog meds. 2 seresto collars, 2 Sentinel preventitives.
Next week the big dog goes in to the vet. If he doesn’t need to start on supplements it should be around $350. I hope. Then it’s the pup’s turn. He won’t need supplements yet so it should be abt the same.
Expensive month: flea $ tick meds, worm preventatives, vaccinations, office visits.
Then my kids wisdom teeth cost me $700 yesterday.
Plus Easter.
Ugh. I need another job.

Only by bottom wisdom teeth came through and that wasn’t a problem for me. So I’m lucky.

I also have a baby tooth still since there’s no adult tooth above it. My dentist told me he can’t say what will happen. For some people they fall out but he also had elderly patients still with baby teeth.

I saw a X-Ray of it... it’s interesting. Unlike all the other teeth you can clearly see there is hardly any root. Amazing it stays firmly in.

Just gotta say: vet bills suck! But we love our fur babies, so it's worth it. But it still sucks.

Thank you Blue_Bird! Star Trek TNG is on now, which is good but my faves are Voyager and TOS. So I can get lost in YouTube again haha.

How are you doing? Are you still having that coughing? Maybe it's an allergy. Lately I've been getting bombarded with second hand smoke due to poor seating arrangements on the patio here. It triggers my allergy to smoke. It's almost as if I didn't stop smoking at all. Trying to steer clear of it now.

It's still cold out. I keep thinking it's time to retire my winter coat for the season, but it's just too cold every day still.

Maybe one of your neighbors smokes and you're allergic. That happened to me before this place. I'd cough and only notice afterwards that I could smell cigarette smoke from somewhere near my windows.
