I feel like I'm being lazy, I've just been laying here. But I don't feel good because I have a really bad cough

Yay...I can get my hand wet!!!
They said that the numbness could last up to a YEAR because she cut through surface nerves. Good to know.
Nothing to do at work and my daughter is experimenting with her makeup. So a nap may happen if I can suck down this coffee.

I guess I'd better post in Tapatalk support over losing the "thank you" button.

Sorry to hear some of us are struggling lately.

I'm sick with something. I still have the itching and I thought it would clear up after the first dose of Benadryl. No such luck. And the nurses keep putting my AC on. I hate being here and I want to go home. At least I had a nice vape break. But it's cold next to the AC.

Hope everyone feels better.

I haven't had a panic attack since I last drank a glass of wine 2-3 weeks ago =]

I don't take being calm for granted anymore.. Cuz my panic attacks are really really bad..

I haven't had problems with my mental state about my heart in about a month. I don't even notice that I have a heart anymore.

Try to only take Xanax twice a week. That's what I'm doing.. Otherwise you build tolerance..

Klonopin, Ativan and especially Valium builds tolerance easier because they last longer than Xanax..
Thanks for this!

10% of people can taper off benzos. The other 90% just can't do it so they have to be taken off of it cold turkey.

I'm doing way better in the afternoon. Had an anxiety filled morning but that eventually went away. Not sure if the Xanax helped at all

My anxiety seems to be worse in the evenings. Occasionally I will feel it in the mornings.
