Decaf has a minute amount of caffeine, not enough to make a difference. It shouldn't make you anxious...

Tiny, tiny amount. I switched to decaf recently. I just drink caffeinated tea if I need the energy now and still have regular coffee but only once in awhile for a treat

TW self harm and hallucinations

Possible trigger:

Also, the demons have started breathing down my neck. Like I can feel the breath. They haven't done that in a while... I hate when they get that close to me. It's creepy... They are all three right next to me just on all sides.

Put my checkered black and red tablecloth on my kitchen table. I love log cabin style stuff, need to get some kind of bedding set

No, I lived in an area for a long time where there were lots of tornados though. A tornado this past spring destroyed the apartments I lived in a couple years ago there (I moved back to my home state almost 4 years ago) . Glad I wasn't living there anymore. They're fascinating but scary as hell too.

I think it was the big thunderstorm last night that reminded me of them which is why I dreamed about one

No meds last night or this morning either... Still taking the medical ones just not the psych ones. The hallucinations aren't much worse but they are worse. My mood is a little worse too.

My old PSS said if I get the job, they will send me to Austin for a week to do the training. She said they probably will pay for hotel, flight, food, etc, cause they did for her, and she worked in the county below me. So maybe this county will too. We will see. It's pretty exciting.

hey guys i haven't posted in this thread in a long time but i'm having a really rough go of it this week with voices and my brain is hurting and i feel like my vision and thinking is pretty distorted... i normally just go to chat room but apparently that is down until tomorrow. so if any of you feel like chatting and have kik, i can give you my username via PM. and i'll try to check back here for today until the chat room gets resolved. i have a lot of homework i'm behind on and i'm just trying to use all my brain power to try to get it done without flunking. having a really rough time. hoping it will pass shortly.

Very very very nervous about this job thing. I really really want it and it pays good for supplemental income. And it just sounds fun. Ugh. I'm asking my parents a whole bunch of questions and I called my old PSS. Everyone is proud of me. I'm so scared. I'm pulling my eyebrows and eyelashes like crazy. I havent been this kind of nervous in a long time.
