I wonder if I'm over engaged in internal conversations too much because I have them all the time, but they don't bother me, so i don't really care if other people are bothered by me talking to supposedly no one?
I'm way over stressed but it's just my problem.

I have the same issue from time to time. For me, I get that way when I'm anxious. And then I get worried when I get too involved with my internal conversation. I think as long as you arent bothered by them and they arent affecting your life way too much, then I would think its fine.

Might as well take 75mg seroquel, melatonin and sleep. I took an atenolol and washed it down with a beer otherwise my heart goes beatbeatbeatbeat fastfastfastfast...

But I had a really good birthday! Chilled, had hamburgers and a nice cake.

My moms bf was obsessive and jealous that my moms friend was here (Sweet lady with bipolar that was already distancing herself from my mom because my moms bf wants my mom all to herself). I think he just wants sex. He's stupid but has a lot of common sense. I'm intelligent and have no common sense. So now my mom can't sleep cuz she's thinking about it and she has cancer. It's not fair to her that her bf is being so selfish.

Took 3 drags of a doobie today. Nice sunny day then it rained which is nice. I like rain.

I will try to wake up early tomorrow maybe. Take a Vyvanse (The only thing that allows me to function).

Good night preciouses <3

Morning. How’s it going?

I’m okay...little tired and hot but still better than the 9 months of cold.
Don’t have much ambition this morning. I’m already on the couch Roll Call 151
It is also the birthday of one of my absolute favorite people. Unfortunately she passed away several years ago. I miss her so much.

Anyone have plans today?

August is going to be super busy for me. So many appointments, people coming over to hang out, and things I need to get done

Soooo close to vacation. I am in desperate need of a recharge.
I’ve had a headache for 4 or 5 days now. Probably chronic dehydration. I am not drinking enough.
I am goi g to finish smoking and head to the grocery store. I am forcing myself.
Oh and to top off my day of mourning...my woodchuck friend seems ill. When I fed him this morning he barely moved as I approached. Bummed out.

I see T tonight, PCP tomorrow. Not looking forward to either appointment. I hope T goes well. It's been awhile since I've seen her, since the 6th, but I gotta tell her about the SH. It's been 10 days though. Now it doesn't seem as important as it did at the time so I am worried I'm going to have trouble talking about it. HUGS to all, Kit

So me and my guys wife are like friends now I guess.
It’s great and I love hanging out and chatting.
But she’s a phone person.
This is horrifying for me. I do not do phones like ever.
We just chatted on the phone for 27 minutes. Kill me I’m overwhelmed.

Taking zyprexa and dealing with cravings + trying a diet for the first time was not the best idea.

So I may not go camping after all.

My parents (and even I have expressed it to fiance myself) told me if anyone is gonna be drinking or anything while we are out on the boat to not go on the boat.

And fiance told me they will be smoking pot while there and either will be high or will smoke on the boat.

I told him I really didnt want to get on the boat while they did that, because they will basically be intoxicated. He got upset and said "you should live a little" and then said "dont go then if ur just gonna stay in the cabin".

Am I wrong or is he wrong?
