This is something I have been thinking a lot about recently. It seems to me this was happening to me for years and I never knew.
I can't post a link to the wikipedia article but there is one. The long and the short of it is ostracism, gossip and put downs. |

Its also called social aggression, like spreading rumors to damage someone's reputation. |
