I took the prescribed & supplements, including the fish oil. (Wish they could make smaller ones, like half the size, & we could take 2, one at a time.)

Almost forgot them but then I remembered! Took my morning meds. Not the fish oil though. Blah. I need to get into a routine of taking that. Maybe take it at dinner when I take the Latuda.

My pdoc has increased my Olanzapine to 20 mg with 5mg taken in the morning and the rest at night. And yes I'm compliant with this.
