I did take my prescribed, but it seems like I usually take my supplements later in the day. Anyway, I haven't taken supps yet, but probably will.

I FORGOT to take them. Then I was at work and I was feeling like crap and I was like, what is the problem. And then I realized I hadn't taken my medication. My sister threw me off this morning because she was texting me from 4 AM to 5 AM and I usually take my meds at 5 but I was shaken up after my text with her (a bunch of stuff going on with her and her husband) that I TOTALLY forgot. So my Dad brought them to me at work! So lucky he didn't already leave on his and my Mom's vacation. Otherwise I would have had to go back home and take my meds. I am so stupid. I can't believe I forgot!

I took my blood pressure pill which has a water pill built into it .have wained off the prozac but being started on med depression med next week under a clinical study
