Yup prescribed and fish oil. Yeah

I remembered my iron pill! It’s hard cause I take it afternoon’s every other days

I took prescribed & supplements, but not the fish oil.

Yes I did. I almost forgot. I was about to leave for work and then I was like, wait I didn't take my meds (was trying to figure out why I felt so funny). Then I went and took them, including the fish oil. Proud of me!

I just now took the Rx but nothing else yet.

I took my blood pressure/water pill as usual

Well, I just added supplements, but not the fish oil. They are too big.

That's what I feel about the fish oil too and I complained to my doctor who prescribes them. (I can get them cheaper from my insurance than I can get from the shop). My doctor was unsympathetic. She said, they aren't that big. Just take them. She's a bit brisk in her responses usually but she's a good dr I feel.

Way to go! I took all my morning pills and the fish oil. Still have to take my dinner time pill and the evening ones.

I forgot to take my afternoon propanolol.

I have taken my prescribed & plan to take supplements later. I got my BP this morning & it's normal, in spite of stress!

And now I've taken supplements. (Maybe I'll take fish oil later.)

Yes I did and on investigational antidepressant stage 1 for a clinical study.
