Sounds like a mixed episode....when was your most recent med change? If it was within a month or so I would totally call the pdoc.

My last med changes were her adding inderal three days ago for panic attacks and before that (a month and a half ago) my Thorazine was decreased due to really bad dizziness

I'm not sure why I'm depressed. I shouldn't be considering everything. Fiance and I are spending a lot of time together right now, the sex is getting better and better (those two things I wanted to improve and they are), my job is great, I'm moving to a place double the size of this one, I'm making strides in my career...etc other smaller things... idk why I'm sad.

Logically, I shouldn't be sad. *sigh*

I literally feel like something I loved just died, like my cat or something. That's how sad I'm feeling.

This comes from a place im not sure of.
Maybe you're grieving for your youth or the fact that you're really grown up now. And it's scary to have so much unknown. What SP said, too. But you're ok. Emotions don't have to make sense. Roll Call 155

No, nothing upset me other than feeling like my meds poisoned. That scares me of course

It sounds like maybe your AP needs to be monitored. When do you see your pdoc again?

I'll sleep wearing my rosary tonight for protection. I'm going to a free community brunch tomorrow and to get new clothes, and to the library

That's good! Bring it with you at your next appointment so that you can see what emotional/physical changes there are with all the med changes. In case you want to bring up anything you want to ask about.

I can't wait until I feel like I'm full of life again. Even when I'm depressed, I'm comfortable around people. Right now I can't shake off the nonsense that people say to me.

I'm 23.. building my character.. people need to give me a break.

Everyone around me in real life and here are supportive and great. I don't know why I let small things get to me and replay them in my head.

I'm just stressed because I'm not sleeping much anymore. I know I'm a good person and won't be a serial killer. He knew my mom has cancer but called her a *****.

But I can't let ****** people get to me.

Shinedown is a really good band for mental health. The therapist in the psych hospital played one of their songs and other songs before each session. I went to like a couple group therapies every day for 3 months. Then another time every day for 3 months.

Yeah but whenever anything bad happens I catastrophize everything

But I'm good. Nothing really bad happened. Must be long term psychedelic effect or something.

Wow. I just happen to check the last payment to this complex and it says we owe $950. I have no clue what that's for, or why.

I have become, manic.. wooosh.. Everything is amazing and great. But calm and ok. I have good emotional smarts so I never go full manic. Never. Also not enough weird mutated serotonin molecules that people with bipolar get.

But I need to sleep. I don't want to take a benzo so I'll take 100mg seroquel. I hope it works.
