But a normal person just doesn't have much inconsistencies in their lives about lying and such and trusts.. trusts everything.. "Big Pharma is a good thing!"... There's a cure for it all maynn.. I drink tea, or do something (I know it's hard with negative symptoms). But we can never do nothing.. Just sit and think.. Thinking is the main part. "Why do I want this drug/to SH?"

The reasons are the key. You want to feel something. Agitation, anxiety, dissociation.. it's all in the mind...

I'm glad that the shroom gave me proof of the afterlife. And I was an atheist.. Logical, methodical, to need evidence..

I finally decided what I want to do. Something to do with technology. Like IT and something to do with computers. Then I can continue to think philosophically about the future, time machines, virtual reality, programming our consciousnesses into computers..

I was good at cracking programs when I was a teenager, making forums, making YouTube videos and showing people how to use the most out of programs.. But I stopped and did drugs..

I'm always on the computer and I can bring a computer anywhere with me. That and investing. I can be like my uncle. He's a millionaire from owning his own internet service provider and owns a building with his servers and people working for him and he invests in crypocurrency etc...

I could work for him in the future and go to school.

Another night with just 3-4 hours of sleep

I slept 3 hours, hoping I can go back to sleep though.

Morning

I have a GPS tracker on my phone, but it just has me on there and my dad. I noticed it had been another hour after my dad got off work last night and he was still there at 10pm.

I called, already worried.

He said his truck got broken into while he was working. Someone busted the windows, the Locks, and busted the ignition. And he had to call a wrecker to get him and his truck home.

To say I was scared and devastated is an understatement. When I heard all that, my heart dropped to my stomach.

I'm sorry about the destruction but really glad for you that he's ok.

Feeling very sleepy even though I slept well. I missed breakfast though. These people don't wake me up and then I miss it.

It's ok because I had about 8 ounces of regular Coke left over and I didn't eat. I have to start writing down everything I eat and drink.

Getting sick , really congested

I had like 3 occurrences of deja vu lately. Idk why.

My dad has gone mad. When I visit him in Mexico, we'll talk about the madness.

Just got out of the hospital again... Feeling okay right now. Really anxious about possibly needing to go back. Last time I was only out for 3 days before I had to go back in.

Turns out walmart does money orders for 4 bucks less than my bank does, and they don't require an ID. So I'm gonna go there tomorrow to pay my rent.

My moms friend lost her apple watch while having sex with someone at a hotel so I have to find a cheaper one online

I don't know what I'm gonna do if I go a third night with 3-4 hours of sleep. I don't see my doctor till the 11th. I'm exhausted but wired if that makes sense. I look like a zombie with the dark circles under my eyes

exhausted but wired is how I felt during my hypomanic episodes, like I was still tired but full of energy at the same time, if that makes sense.

Thanks @falcon09 and @Angelique67 ! I don't know about taking NyQuil, I'd be afraid of taking it with all the meds I'm on. The sleep issues have been going on before feeling sick. I guess I'll see how things go

You know benzos work as sleep aids....I believe you had something along those lines. Sometimes one good night of sleep is all you need to reset. I know you don’t want to become dependent but limit yourself to a night or two max and you won’t.

You could also try progressive muscle relaxation if it’s an issue falling asleep....
