I'm having an identity crisis again and care too much about what people think.

Hopefully when I'm 30-50, my identity will be formed and I won't give af

I'm going to listen to a podcast and then I'm going to meditate

I don't know what to do. What is reality? Why do I exist? Why are people so opinionated? Do they matter? Does anything matter? Why is there war? Will world war 3 happen? Has it already happened? Am I in the matrix? Have I gone insane? Other people are insane.. Do they know the truth? Why are people stupid? Why do smart people do stupid things? Will tomorrow happen? Why do I forget long term most of what I remember short term? Why do people care so much about random things?

I have to go to the dentist next week for a cleaning/exam. I know I'll have several follow up appointments to get the dental work taken care of which sucks but it needs to be done. I'm dreading it so much.

My sister said she will try to get a mouse for my laptop tomorrow. That will be nice because then I'll be able to play my Sims 4 game I have, and Assassins Creed Odyssey.

Might go to church tomorrow.

I think I'm hypomanic. I've been packing for 5 hours straight.

I took my 40mg geodon and 100mg benadryl and I'm not tired one bit.

Me too, I took my thorazine 2 and a half hours ago and I'm still up, not tired. Tried to sleep but it doesn't seem to be happening. Might just stay up so I can make it to the 7:30am mass

Just damage from purging over the years. Cavities I'm sure, might need root canal, guess I'll see what they say when I get there

I'm so old that I thought touch typing was for cell phones and tablets lol I learned how to touch type by talking on forums like this one. However, I only use 8 fingers instead of 10. It really is a nice skill set.

I had a dream me and my ex were together again and it was horrible. She always angry and not appreciative. Good riddance I guess.

In my chapter on Nietzsche that I started, but not finished, a year ago... well after each chapter I try to capture each thought in a depth psychology dream and holy cow. This is from a dream I forgot all about. Man it's crazy and claustrophobic! I hope people don't think any more worse than they already do after reading it! lol

Making a day out of it and going to ikea. Which is an hour away. But I'm not driving. Also going to habitat for humanity.

I unfollowed over 500 people on twitter 2 or 3 weeks ago and only like 20 unfollowed me.

Also, I got up and put a stew in the crockpot for tonight when fiance is gonna watch the cowboys. And then made him perfect looking pancakes for breakfast.

I feel like a zombie

Back home from seeing my parents. Had a great time there and my dad even fixed my dishwasher which has been broken like 6 months. My dad has to have cataract surgery...I’m trying to think of gifts to get him....he’s very picky...the safest bet would be like a restaurant gift card but I always get him that so idk.
