It's good but you know it does taste like oats. I drink almond milk and love it. The key to good tasting plant milks is buy the better brands which I can't always do.

I haven't tried Oat milk but I would be open to it. I don't really like almond milk. And I don't like soy milk.

The noodles might end up hard without the cheese, but all you have to do is sprinkle the cheese on half, you need ricotta and mozzarella to make the other half authentic.....ricotta spreads.....don’t forget to boil the noodles first.....

Don't know how that will work because the cheese melts and pretty much goes everywhere...that's just the nature of the dish.

Think you need a recipe. Can't really make a proper lasagna without ricotta which you whip up with an egg until fluffy. You can't use any old cheese unless you are making some kind of pizza lasagna.
