Wow. I hadn't heard from my mom in 4 days or so. Maybe 5. Called her and she didn't say a word except when I asked her how she was. She said fine. I said "well I'll tty another time. I guess." she said "ok. Bye". I don't understand. Idc at this point. Cuz if I did I wouldn’t stayed on the phone. She doesn’t wanna talk to me. Lmao. Roll Call 166!

It went fine, xml is a lot like html but it’s for machines to get information rather than to display information to humans. Like it slowly explains the meanings of stuff to the computer....

I don’t feel well. I feel physically lethargic. I felt that way before taking my meds this morning. Idk what’s going on.

Could you listen to your favorite song while you stand by a window? Kind of like a 3 minute time out?

It's more of my parents and the Pastor T and somewhat my Regular T putting a lot of pressure on me to not do X. I think I am ready to be discharged. I am going to miss her because she is super positive and encouraging and I will miss that, but the last call we had was only like 10-15 minutes long because I'm meeting all the goals. There wasn't anything else to say. And when there is nothing to say it's time to go. So I will be okay without her. I'll just miss her.

I just feel all this pressure like I did before I was hospitalized. And I know I can't do X because I will make a mess of it and have to go to the ER and risk being hospitalized again. I can't trust myself to do X so I really need to keep myself in line but all the pressure I'm feeling isn't helping me do that. I kind of need my parents and my Pastor T and my Regular T to back off a bit and not be so pushy about it. But on the other hand, it's like the first time my parents have ever really addressed it also. So I don't want to discourage that. I just need to get used to having so much pressure. Or find a polite way to tell them, enough is enough. IDK.

I'm feeling a bit better now that I've talked through it some here on PC. And I talked to someone at work. I just gotta learn to chill more.

I'm glad you feel a bit better.

I really hate the tension I feel when I’m taking a break but know I’ve got work to focus on later in the day....

Yes, there's nothing like a long brisk walk when you feel anxious. I used to walk every morning while I was working.

That's too bad. They said a few weeks ago that they'd give me a small amount of trazodone as a prn. I don't know, it might be better than nothing.

Oh man bf is fighting with his mom....I guess she complained that he only buys what he wants at the store....but he sits down and asks her exactly what she wants she is just super indecisive. It’s like she can’t plan out a week of food in advance. As far as I’m concerned he’s overly considerate to her needs and that’s what backfires. Anyway he got really mad and told her she can buy her own food from now on. I don’t see it actually happening but she’s got the app on her phone so why not.

I use MS WOrd with the Grammarly Pro app attached, it's a life saver for me. It catches so many typos. You can use the free version but I pay $30 a month for the pro version.

Work went fine, i like 2 of the new kids a lot, their great, considerate, inquisitive, and positive. Really cool kids, 1 of the other workers we had last year and he's cool too, but he brought his friend and his friend acts really young. He's teh runt of the litter lol My experienced coworker wont by there tomorrow so it will just be me spending quality time with them, the whole day is planned out, it will be pretty easy unless someone throws a curveball.

Went grocery shopping and i bought a ribeye and a few other things. No ramen noodle at the store, wow. I bought a tea mix to cut down on the soda, im hoping it's better than soda anyway, i need to protect my liver so more water-like subatance is needed. I've been bringing a giant aluminum water container 32oz i bought on amazon for a good price or $10 bucks. It almost fits into my lunch box. Then i mowed the lawn.
