Use your resources....doctors, therapists etc.

I can’t afford them. Not my therapist. Can’t afford my doctor right now either but they are letting me see him without paying atm. I had to schedule my therapist out another two weeks when I think I can pay her. Haven’t seen her in 2-3 weeks already.

Feeling a bit manic. Only slept an hour last night and it’s already night again and not really feeling tired or sleepy. I make sure I drink enough water.

Have you talked to your T before about covid stress and financial stress? If so, think back to the advice that was given?

It’s banana bread pudding let me see if I can find the recipe on the web....we just used a 8x8 instead of ramekins though....everything else is fine the way it’s printed.

Fiancés neice, the baby that was born when we were in San Antonio, her dad has cancer. He has a tumor in his vocal cords. He lost tons of weight and he ain’t a big person. He’s only like 40-something. 43 maybe. Early forties.
