I've learned that it's pretty ok to zone out. Everyone around me is so stressed that we hyper focus and have to say "Are you listening" and someone says "Sorry I was just reading something". My sister says that I'm the one that gets distracted the most. NO WAY. SHE is the one that gets distracted AS HELL - On TikTok and all that nonsense..

Maybe it's just my family idk.. OCD is definitely the main mental illness in the family..

Yes, blood like the brain blood barrier, heartbeats, big veins.. but it's ok, I don't want to be a pain. I have to deal with it anyway, with my friend thinking he's going to have a heart attack, and my giant blue hand veins. It's just part of getting older apparently.

Also I don’t fit in anywhere and never have. I’m awkward and weird, I just wish I didn’t exist. I took klonopin and am just going to sleep I guess

Thanks, Yeah I took a klonopin, I don’t think I need to go to the hospital, I haven’t been in like 4 years and I plan on keeping it that way
