I meditated and made myself a cup of herbal tea, also played my game which helps relieve my anxiety

Took a shower, did stretches, drank decaf coffee instead of regular since regular was making my anxiety worse, meditated and got myself some ice cream

I take showers at night. I wear my makeup daily. I sleep a lot. I work daily. I eat what I want and am happy! I try to exercise inside now. Moving my body makes me feel good.

I will occasionally buy myself flowers.

I am also practicing self-talk more lately, being so socially isolated because of the pandemic.

I try to follow a routine. If I don't have routine, I'd just sink into my daybed and watch tv 24/7. I already did that off/on for the past 30 years. I can't stomach doing that anymore. I've lost so much time by doing that. So, I'm really trying to forgive myself, which is REALLY hard.

I put on my perfume. I almost forgot and then ran back to get it before I left for work this morning. I also sat in my dad's chair this morning while I woke up. It is comforting to me to sit in his chair (he wasn't up yet so he didn't know. And he wouldn't have cared.)

Every day I take a shower at night, then take my med in the morning and put on my make-up. Then, I teach online and sleep on my breaks. Today, I did some prep work for classes, then cleaned my place by vacuuming and cleaning the toilet. Afterwards, I washed my laundry. I am doing well and doing better than when I was doing nothing. I believe, working has helped me to become more discipline about my hygiene and also to remain compliant with my med. I am happy although sometimes stressed. I have much work to do for my classes but have time to sleep on my breaks.
