I took a shower, washed, dried, straightened my hair. I put on perfume. I used a stress ball to relax my fingers. I think I have arthritis in my fingers so that sort of helped. I put on perfume. Lotion. My bracelet, watch, earrings, and necklace.

I showered, put on my makeup, wore nice clothes, and cleaned the apartment. I also went out to buy some food. I am now washing my clothes. I was really tired last night and did not wake up until this morning. I feel fine now.

Today I put on perfume. I'm wearing a new shirt that I've only worn one other time before. I'm wearing the cute sea turtle mask that I got at the Aquarium. Oh and I had coffee at work.

I had a chocolate bar and made myself a cup of orange zinger herbal tea. I also have been drinking a lot of water. About to do some stretching. Tonight I'll meditate and pray the Rosary
