It took me longer to get to sleep than usual so I think I got like 6.5 hours of sleep.

Feeling tired. Gonna take a walk around the block and sleep. I'll wake up at 10am, take Vyvanse and wake up again at 10:30am.

Slept well last night for the first time in several days. 10:15 - 7, then quick breakfast and shower for work.

Anyone use the Twilight app or other blue light filter? It helps me sleep to turn off/reduce blue light on my devices before bed.

Can set Night light settings on Windows 10 by Settings > System > Display

Slept 10 hours last night. I'm taking 3.75mg of zopiclone instead of 7.5mg. I did that for 2 nights - Seems to be ok. A full one gives me a better quality of sleep but once I withdraw from it, my sleep should be better.

For the first time since I got my fitbit it rated my sleep as good last night instead of fair like it normally does.

I've been taking 3.75mg of zopiclone (Half) for a week now and I still fall asleep every time because of the 10mg of olanzepine and melatonin. No Xanax or phenibut.. I've been getting really good sleep!

I got probably 8ish hours. Dreamt about a kid eating raw sewage and a giant alligator walking on two legs into a store. I was also skiing Tucks backwards through buildings. Vivid dreams since I started Seroquel.

Amazing sleep. I woke up at 2am thinking it was 7am (Time to wake up), again I thought it was 7am at 4am. Crazy dreams.

Only need half of a zopiclone to sleep for the past 2-3 months..
