Went to bed at ~12am last night and woke up at ~1-2pm.

It's 10pm now so I'm gonna listen to a podcast, maybe read and sleep at ~1am and hopefully wake up earlier than this morning (Sedated by Invega and Zyprexa).

Good sleep thread

Slept 8 minutes past noon this time. Not bad - Better than yesterday morning. The Invega is wearing off a little.

Lmao I think I am.. 91% "sleep efficiency".. No but seriously - It's my Samsung Watch that tracks my sleep and then I get to look at it on my phone. It's pretty cool!

I'm gonna try and sleep at ~1:30-2am - Take a walk around the block, etc.

I might not be able to sleep so well because I'm not taking gabaminergics. I'll try and wake up at 10:30am this morning. I'm glad I have zopiclone.. It's a really good sleep med for me.

Hope everyone gets good sleep..

I found for some more natural ways to help fall asleep there is melatonin and green tea my dr told me about these but I only tried the melatonin. The melatonin helped me sleep one pill 5mg and theyv3 even made some timed capsules for it to.

Slept 8 hours (4am-12pm). Good sleep.

I took a temazepam because I took the Vyvanse later in the day. Hopefully I'll fall asleep with just a zopiclone tonight.

5-6 hours. Albert snuck under the covers and started chasing my legs, even though both were, like, completely motionless. Ugh.

Slept for 17 hours. I feel refreshed.

There was a moment where it felt like my heart was having arrhythmias but it was likely sleep paralysis tactile hallucinations. I thought I was dying and hallucinating that I couldn't breathe and was going to the afterlife so I said "Fine I'll do anything to live" and I woke up.

I had horrible nightmares about having skin cancer, that life isn't real - All sorts of ****. They were the most psychotic dreams I've ever had.

Pure psychotic dreams.

Welp.. I work in 40 minutes..

What are some good sleep meds? I've tried trazadone, and mood stabilizers, and benzos. The ones that work seem to build tolerences quite well.

Z-drugs! Hypnotics are good.. (Lunesta, Ambien, zopiclone).. They don't help with anxiety. Zopiclone for me puts me to sleep every night but I have to TRY and sleep - Not saying you're not trying.. But with a hypnotic, you also need to know how to sleep.

We don't know how to sleep. Make sure you quiet your mind (Once you're off the anxiolytics) and say "Stop thinking" multiple times until you're not thinking anymore.. Then breath in-out (Focus on the 'point' - Which is GOD.. Or infinity.. like a black hole) and out-in is the same. You do one of each per oxygen/CO2 exchanging.. Those two things, combined with zopiclone and olanzepine put me to sleep - Although olanzepine makes me hungry.. Not good.. Could lead to diabetes and discomfort..

I know you don't like Ambien cuz you made a baby and forgot or something I don't remember but you should give it another shot - It could be an irrational fear unless specific people are susceptible to go into hypnosis and sleep walking more than average. Zopiclone doesn't do that to people - You should ask your doctor about taking zopiclone while withdrawing from the temazepam.. Maybe by using diazepam 5-10mg or something.

Anyways, I think the zopiclone cured my hypersomnia because I've built tolerance so I'm withdrawing during the day now.. Which helps me stay awake.. Although Vyvanse gets me out of bed well enough to make myself a strong coffee - Then I'm awake.

Gonna take a walk around the block. I might not though cuz I'm afraid of depersonalization. Will be nice to do this in the winter or fall. It's hot af in the house.
Thanks for this!
