Don't feel nearly as happy as I did before I went to bed. Didn't get enough sleep. I got 6 hours of sleep. I need more like 8 or 9.

Time to go to work..

Slept for 17-18 hours to make up for the time I woke up at 6am for 3 days in a row to go to work. I think that might be my new normal (To sleep all day Sunday evening and Monday morning). I didn't even have to take a zopiclone.

I take Lunesta and sometimes with a xanax chaser.

We don't know how to sleep. Make sure you quiet your mind (Once you're off the anxiolytics) and say "Stop thinking" multiple times until you're not thinking anymore.. Then breath in-out (Focus on the 'point' - Which is GOD.. Or infinity.. like a black hole) and out-in is the same. You do one of each per oxygen/CO2 exchanging.. Those two things, combined with zopiclone and olanzepine put me to sleep - Although olanzepine makes me hungry.. Not good.. Could lead to diabetes and discomfort..

I know you don't like Ambien cuz you made a baby and forgot or something I don't remember but you should give it another shot - It could be an irrational fear unless specific people are susceptible to go into hypnosis and sleep walking more than average. Zopiclone doesn't do that to people - You should ask your doctor about taking zopiclone while withdrawing from the temazepam.. Maybe by using diazepam 5-10mg or something.

Anyways, I think the zopiclone cured my hypersomnia because I've built tolerance so I'm withdrawing during the day now.. Which helps me stay awake.. Although Vyvanse gets me out of bed well enough to make myself a strong coffee - Then I'm awake.

Gonna take a walk around the block. I might not though cuz I'm afraid of depersonalization. Will be nice to do this in the winter or fall. It's hot af in the house.
Yeah, i don't know if i want ambien, the incident is that I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend at the time. She welcomed it i later found out but that situation makes me very uncomfertable. Does ziplocone put people into hypnosis too? I'm desperate really. my sleep sutation is so bad.

I'll ask my doc about it. I already take a benzo but it no longer works.

Zopiclone hypnosis is nothing like ambien

Gonna take a walk around the block then sleep. I might be awake because of the caffeine from the codeines

Made it waking up at 6-8am every morning to be at work by 9am. It was tough as hell. I got out of bed at 6am on Friday morning, 7:45am on Saturday morning and 8:25am on Sunday morning... I couldn't do it again Monday morning or my body would be exhausted.

I wasn't sure if I should set my alarm for 10:30am or 11am in the morning (No work) so my mom said to set it for 10:45am and wake up slowly - Set it again for 11am.

I changed my alarm sound because it has become very annoying over the past 2 years. I changed it to "Space Funk" which sounds pleasant. Eventually I'll add actual songs to my alarm sounds.

I took a walk around the block, watched the news now I sleep for a well needed 12 hours of sleep.....

Gonna take a walk around the block then sleep at 10:30pm. Hopefully I don't have a panic attack by then.

Gonna wake up at 10-11am, drink fresh Guatemalan coffee and see my doctor to talk about my panic attacks.

Things will be good!

Sleep going well so far.

I'm sleeping in my moms bed.. feel safe here.. her blanket is saged.. I'll be safe.

Gonna go to sleep at 10:30pm, take zopiclone and fall asleep at ~11pm.

Setting alarm for 7am to take vyvanse and atenolol then wake up at 8am, half an hour to get ready for 8:30am then a 20 minute walk to work for 9am..

I slept amazingly last night. Slept from 8:45 PM to 7:00 AM and only woke up once in the night.

I slept really well last night too (8 hours).

I need 9.5 hours at most I think. I'm gonna fall asleep at 11:30pm and wake up at 11am in the morning - That way the Vyvanse will kick in at noon and I'll have a whole 12 hours without worrying about having a dr/dp panic attack. I'm gonna make a fire at night (I didn't do it tonight cuz fear of a panic attack)...

meh. Took a walk around the block..

I sleep amazingly these days because I'm on 10mg Zyprexa and 45mg Remeron (in addition to other things that I'm prescribed). Anyway, that's good.

I had a 10 hour sleep. But it took my from 11pm-1:30am to fall asleep. I had too much anxiety so I could feel my heart beating more - Too aware of it (Probably either phenibut withdrawal, too much nicotine gum or one too many coffees and the intense physical activity while standing up all day and cutting the grass in such heat).

I had to take 0.5mg of alprazolam which didn't work so I took 200mg of phenibut, half of an atenolol and half a zopiclone with another 1mg alprazolam.

I'm gonna try and not chew so much nicotine gum today. I'm not drinking coffee at work for something to do either (After I've drank my strong morning coffee at home) and increase the phenibut to 250mg a day for now.

I took an atenolol and Vyvanse so I'll drink my morning coffee and get on with the day.. I don't have to work until Friday.

I hate to pseudo-prescribe things for you, but Remeron helps with sleep. As does Zyprexa. For me, that is. I know everyone has different reactions to things. That's why I gave the disclaimer of course. I just started taking Zyprexa again recently and it is really helping my sleep. In terms of just the nightmares and crap I usually experience. I also feel more like going to bed at a reasonable time and I also feel a lot better in the morning.

8 hours and 50 minutes of sleep last night. I sleep really deeeep and dream a lot...

Gonna take a walk around the block go to bed soon and sleep at ~11:30pm, wake up at 10:30am (My usual time that I wake up) and set another alarm for 11am.

I realized that I need 30 minutes to wake up and not an hour or so.. Vyvanse takes 30-40 minutes to kick in.

I'm doing really well and my sleep is good! See? Told you that the start of this thread was the peak of my terrible sleep-wake cycle.. Now I'm getting the hang of it..

Good sleep thread

Good 7.5 hour sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night to have a snack. I usually do that and end up falling back asleep. 9/10 sleep.

I slept 8 hours 22 minutes which is really good because normally I have a hard time getting myself up and sleep like 11 hours. I'm working on waking up a little earlier each day until I'm able to wake up at 6am.

Try waking up at the latest amount of hours subtract 1-2 hours because it's like jet lag...To tolerate waking up and going to sleep every hour, it takes two weeks.

Anyways good night all. I just had a panic attack and I'm exhausted.
