Because this is a nicer place. It's a mixture of people, not all schizophrenic. But a good sign, I gave them the keys to open my drawers and they brought them back to me and said how about if we swap your dressers instead of emptying them and putting them away now. So that's good.

Thanks he was my grumpy old man baby. Had him from a couple weeks old to 19 years had a good long life.

I have a Z00/\/\ meeting today.

Gotta admit for a while I was drinking alcohol way more than I should. Like every night and sometimes even during working hours (working at home) I would sneak a couple shots when no one was looking. I never counted how much I drank but I would get a good buzz on, and sometimes get drunk. I’m a heavy free pourer I’ll tell you that.

But I had a conversation about it a bit with my family and decided to not buy any booze for a while. Not only to save money, but because of concern over my drinking. Don’t want to become an alcoholic that’s for sure.

Anyways I haven’t had anything to drink for like a month and I’m not buying any booze for a while. Thought about getting some tequila for Canada Day but eh a bottle of tequila my sister and I like is almost $60 and I didn’t want to spend the money! Gluten free beer is also like almost $4 a bottle!

I forgot to tell my doctor about this when I talked to him this week, but I’ll tell my psych when I talk to her next week. I had said to her last time I was going to cut back on drinking and I did!

It’s not remotely cool, but I find the people who’ve experienced it are somehow exceptionally cool.

Hopefully you get the help you need.
