I routinely sleep like 10-12 hours even on abilify which is activating.....sometimes having stuff to do shortens it.....like if I’ve gotta be awake for work etc.

There’s retail therapy and then there’s mania....

They're moving me into a room on the lockdown wing. They might kick me out entirely when they see my spent stash. I'm very worried.

I don’t think it’s a manic thing tho. I think it’s a idk-how-to-manage-money thing.

Cuz half of it is stuff I need and then half I want. I swear must be 15 things today. But like I got a new bra...been needing one, plain socks, Vape coils, and some other stuff I need. And, but then the cat teepee and accessories for the quest.

Idk kind of a classic sign but we are all different.....

I’ve been to the Vape 2 times the last 2 days. They have been out of coils I need since I been checking. I can’t wait any longer and they are closed tomorrow and Sunday.

It would be if half of it wasn’t stuff I desperately needed.

Everything, I’ve been planning to buy in the first place. I mean I prob am hypo but not manic and it’s been planned and also stuff I need too.

The main indicator isn’t need vs want it’s are you within a budget at least according to my T. Apparently you can go wild as long as you can afford it.

Idk...my dog chewed up my good bra and the other has been giving me bruises. I almost broke down and asked my mom to buy me one. It’s either buy one or no bra.

I’m not trying to guilt you out just make you aware of the possibilities ....sometimes, in fact often we don’t see these things in ourselves.....

I’m so incredibly tired

Finally got Albert to fall asleep and got four hours or so for me, so, that was good. He really has a remarkably sweet disposition. Has to be right on top of me at all times, making PC rather challenging. Photo documentation to follow.

Feel all right. Finally heard back from pdoc, so, we will see what he wants to do next. Hopefully, I can continue maybe feeling well enough to do a little work now and then.

I'm afraid they'll ship me off to a state hospital. I don't know anything yet. They lost my deodorant crystal.

I’ve been searching for the perfect planner for years. Especially last 3 years. Finally found one that I can write not just my plans, but my goals in, and mental health and everything rolled into one book.

This will be both my business and personal planner for now.

I’ve been going in and out of sleep right now

I gotta stay awake so my packages don’t get stolen.

I feel like maybe I ran the criminal off when they did steal my package cuz it was just a picture of a rabbit in glasses and it looked creepy.
