Blue, I don't either. I have my best pal in Seattle, two friends here, my incredible ex, and my dad and daughter. I see the pals once a yr and the others about the same. What I do have is you incredible people. You keep me lifted when I cannot do it

My PC pals are very, very real to me. I love them all from the bottom of my heart. You have lotsa folks here who love you.

Get out on the bike!!

I forgot to refill my prescription for my Lexapro so I haven’t taken it today or yesterday. I had some weird negative dreams and I’ve felt a bit dissociated all day. I should be fine to do my exam tomorrow but I’ll have to go get a refill soon. I keep forgetting to fill out this pharmacare paper my insurance wanted me to fill out so I’ll have to pay out of pocket again this month.

Sucks but at least I’ll be able to claim it on my taxes next year. It’s like $20 or so not too bad.

I strongly suggest adding a fiber supplement to your diet. That and my daily protein shake really works magic!

So this class shouldn’t be too bad. It’s one day a week for 2 hours. At night. But it’s a live web conference so I’ll be live on big screens in a classroom at the school. Roll Call 172lmao

I told my sister that i hated my mom and that i was a little drunk so she biked home, we talked for almost an hour then i gave my mom a hug we cried then my sister talked to her and they cried and now she will try to stop drinking for 2 weeks. We were all drinking. Dysfunctional family.

My dad and brother are arguing about the 10k dollar guitar. My dad bought another one.

Things MIGHT be ok.

But the world economy though...

Weirdest day ever yest. My brain is so much worse off than I ever knew. Pretty sure we are gonna have to revise my official DSM-9000 diagnosis. I really have schizoaffective disorder. Much closer to schizophrenia than bp in most respects. Whatever. I am still me. Kind of.
Love and hugs.

My hair is bald in the back. I don't know if I'll have any new growth. I was dreading it and it happened.

I can barely vape anymore. Entropy happens.
