My care manager just texting me. The agency she works for is getting everyone a Christmas present with a $20 limit from Walmart. She asked me what I wanted and I said one of those adult coloring books if possible

That's awesome! I have a few adult coloring books. I do them occasionally but boy does my Mom love them! She has so many. My Dad just bought her a Christmas one! So she's been enjoying doing that!

I don't know what I should work on first this weekend.....Addressing Christmas cards, or wrapping Presents? Probably Addressing Christmas cards! I have longer to wrap presents whereas the cards need to get out. My Dad bought 100 Christmas stamps. That should be enough!

They're a lot of fun, very relaxing I have a 100pk of crayola colored pencils so I'll be able to put them to good use. It feels good too when you color something and it comes out nice looking

I think we have the same pack of colored pencils!

My last deliveries came. Slimfast shake powder and more protein bars.

So today was a pretty good day all in all even though I didn’t get to go to group. I got my Thanksgiving lunch, found out I’m getting that Christmas present, and the last of my amazon orders arrived. I’ll ask my therapist during our appointment next week what happened with that and find out if they’re meeting next week and see if I can arrange transportation or walk there.

I need caffeine. So tired from my meds. Maybe I’ll buy some coffee tomorrow. All I have right now with caffeine in it is green tea and it’s not enough

Learned about cryptocurrency and investing then watched Netflix.

I don't feel well though mentally. I'm having existential dread.

My mind hurts. I can't handle what will come. Pain will come for me.

I talked to today someone from mental health who said she understand that my rights werent heard and my psychatrist directly violated me because he had phoned my housing and mother without my consent. I told her what had happened at my housing management apparently said i beat on someone in the elevator of the week before. I dont recall doing this i remember asking her not to call me those names and she hit me first and broke my glasses as well as ripped my shirt. I remember of her kicking me and punching me over and over again. I defended myself in my view. But management asked me how did i not know it wouldnt happen again. I said because i have never hit anyone in this building ever and this one time as if to say i kicked and hit someone which i didnt have that sort of recollection i remember her breaking my glasses and her kicking and punching me and wripping my shirt. If i had all the bumps, bruises, broken glasses with ripped shirt and she had none of that who is the aggressor?
And why would if the officer asked me questions & that he didnt arrest me?

I sought out a lawyer for more information into my rights. I asked to see footage but they continue to deny me.

Plus on top of it all went grocery shopping with my mother i was there at least 4 hours and had to leave things off the list.

I don't know why my mental state hurts so much - It's out of focus.. Like my mind has been twisted around on itself a few times.

Yesterday should have been the Invega injection day but I booked the appointment with my doctor too late. I'm switching to Invega Trinza on Monday.

I had weird DMT like inception dreams last night where I was shaking myself awake - To wake up in a dream..

Hahah so covid wise my province is the worst per capita in Canada. So we aren’t allowed any visitors, masks mandatory everywhere, non-essential businesses are closed, non-essential items are locked up in whatever stores are open, lottery shut down. Stay home, wear a mask, shop online.

I still have to go into the office on Monday though. Dumb.

Apparently we’re essential. They had us all working from home from April - August. Covid wasn’t so bad in august so they got a bunch of us back in the office. They have the ability to have us all work from home, but they want to keep their numbers up because ‘the customer comes first’ and they don’t think they can get the same numbers with everyone working at home.

My nephew turned out to have a variation of herpes which affects kids. I suspect he must’ve touched some kid in the face or put his hand in maybe some bodily fluid like spit or WHATEVER, and then put his hands in his mouth. He has sores all in his mouth and ulcers. It’s also highly contagious what he has so I’m not going to my mom for thanksgiving but I suspect if he still has a fever by Tuesday he won’t be allowed on a plane.

Very worried for him. My sister did not vaccinate him for some things apparently. Idk why they are coming over. It says herpegina is contagious for weeks and most contagious for the first 2 that someone is sick with it.

I actually ate an apple today. They have been one of my biggest fears for choking for the past 6 months and I'm finally able to eat them again

I’m mentally exhausted. So many things I have to deal at once while being in pain waiting for the surgery

I wish I could play drums. It would be awesome. I always wanted to growing up. My brother in law has a really nice drum set, but they own a big house and can play without worrying about noise
