I got over a bout of pf by lifting my weight on my tippy toes while facing a wall, using ice, and buying shoes with good arch support. Good luck with it, it is painful as heck.

You don't seem as manic as you were. I don't know if you are hypomanic or not but I definitely think you are improving!

Thanks! I do a lot of stretching of my foot and I ended up buying a boot on Amazon too that you use at night to keep your foot in a stretched position. I'm hopeful that these things will help. I'll go to the doctor if I must but I find the whole get a referral and then get an appointment and then get another referral really annoying. Last night I slept in my Reeboks and today my heel doesn't hurt as much. I'm going to do this until my boot comes in.

I had a really bad headache for 2 days and it seems to be Lessening a lot now as today becomes less stressful. The pain was at a level 7 this morning when I was up in the middle of the night ruminating.

Maybe it was a tension headache?

It probably was, and caused or made worse by stress. Is that what a tension head is???

Two of the top reasons for tension headaches are stress and anxiety. Hope you feel better soon!

I feel like I have so many thoughts in my head I can’t express them all. I think I’m annoying my RL work friends hahaha.

Oh man. I’m so distracted from work.

I feel good today too. I think it's cause I got to bed at a reasonable hour last night instead of staying up and ruminating about stuff.

I'm trying to get on top of my cleaning, it's hard since I slacked off on it for several weeks

I'm thinking of getting my hair cut into a pixie cut. It would just be easier to deal with in the heat of summer.

Oof I woke up too early, at 12AM. Only had 6 hours of sleep. I hope I still have energy when sun rises so I can be productive. Watching painting videos now, there’s this technique I want to try, it’s called one stroke painting

This is what I do as well. Get all the things done when I have the energy and just be gentle to myself when I don’t have the energy

I’d make a mental note about this to remember when you feel like staying up all night

In my opinion, you’ve been working with them for a while so I’m sure they understand that you have days like that

Hooray! That sounds like fun! My sister lives too far away. My parents are planning a trip to see Sister and family for Easter break but I can't go because I need to be able to take care of Esther (diabetic cat) and all the other pets. And I don't want to board them.

I’m like obsessively thinking about saving money and paying off debts. I decided to put aside a bit of money from my tax return/paycheque (like $500) put it in my savings account, and then add $50 a paycheque to it. I used an online calculator and if I do just that much biweekly it’ll be over $8,000 in five years.

I’m trying to balance saving with paying off debt and I think this is a manageable amount.

Sounds like an excellent plan.

If everything goes according to plan, I'll have my debt and car paid off by May of next year. Then I will be able to save about $500 a month. I'm going to put an additional $300 aside a month for a down payment on a new car, after I get my car paid off, so whenever I go to buy a new car I'll have a good down payment. So I am working on paying off debt right now and saving too, just like you!

Having one of my dissociating panic attacks. Trying to snap myself out of it. I ate dinner but was in a complete daze the whole time
