I need a hobby. I think I'll start working on learning Ukulele again. I kind of stopped playing for quite awhile due to a depressive episode. But I want to start again.

Going grocery shopping tomorrow, getting the rest of the stuff for this recipe:
Crack Chicken {Crockpot} - Julie's Eats & Treats (R)

I'm exhausted from trying to sleep for 3 hours. I'll take a taper dose of phenibut and zopiclone.. I just want sleep right now. I can't do anything else.

My lymph nodes under my armpit are swollen from the vaccine. It says online that that is normal and should go away. But it hurts as of right now. I thought it was something else for days but it’s not I guess, it’s from the vaccine.

It feels like I’m sweating now, but I’m not. It’s weird.

I think I’m getting back to my old self now. Which seems to have taken 4 months, sadly.

- I'm back to cooking and eating better and at home. This new friend I made recently ima try to go walking with her a few times a week or so.

- I've gathered my bills this morning and organized them and plan to pay them on my next check. The small bills.

- I've tried really hard to make a daily schedule but I finally realized it's not possible and why. (Hint: I can’t schedule my anxiety or psychosis episodes etc) so yea.

- im back to writing

I felt better this morning til I started talking about finding work and stuff with my mother. I guess it just stressed me out to no end.

How do you guys deal with when you do not feel like doing anything work related or school related?

I got the vaccine three days ago and my shoulder is still sore from it. Not sure when you got yours but I was a bit surprised I still am sore from it.

I am also having trouble getting myself to do things. I think mostly because I'm not getting enough sleep. So the answer for me is probably to try to get more sleep. But how do I do that?

I got mine a week ago. My injection site was hurting and puffy for almost a week but it’s gone now. Maybe I got it a week and a half ago actually.

Wow I missed my appt for my pdoc

He called me just now and I missed his call but I called the office back and the receptionists were so rude to me hung up on me after they asked me if I’d like him to call him back .

I said thank you and they said “ok” and hung up.

I guess the doctor says I’m not well. Says I’m having a lot of psychosis.

I microdosed and I found the exact amount that is right for me. It took a lot of trial and error but I did it. I had a beautiful Saturday because of it = ) I'll keep doing this every saturday now. I dont understand how people can microdose multiple days in a row though, the tolerence build up is rapid, which makes it impossible. By the second day, it was null in void. Apparently it resets parts of the amygdala, which is preciesly what I needed to regain my emotions. Thank god that nightmare is over. Everyone knew how miserable I was, and with that on top of ptsd, it magnified my symptoms and made me unaware of my ego. This gave me hope when I had none, especially from that major one I had when I caught the dragon. haha.

Book is going well. I keep on tuning it. I've never written a well written ending in a story before, but I feel pretty good with this one so far. I'm adding a bit of a comedic scene in the labyrinth, of an actual dream I had that was so haunting I never forgot it. But it'll be funny how i introduce it. It will give my female readers something to psychoanalyze haha!

Newt, good to see you back! ((hugs))
